Ordered a medical alert bracelet with…

Ordered a medical alert bracelet with personalised engraving.
Specific instructions were given as to what words to print on each line.
The bracelet came quickly with only one word and 1 letter engraved on it. We emailed saying it was incorrect and they came back asking if the screenshot they attached was what we ordered, it was not. We have emailed numerous times but had no reply and the phone number is disconnected. Do not buy from this company!
