Sink replacement in bathroom.
Have used Bays for several years now in my previous home, and now at my current home which has required some work. I always ask for Chris as his attention to detail, courteous manner and communication skils are fantastic. Chris has done many small jobs for me including new kitchen taps and central heating issues. Edward Bays Limited removed, and made good, an old obsolete Rayburn cooker. They were reliable, punctual and did a very efficient job leaving everything neat and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Was a long term customer for over 10…
Was a long term customer for over 10 yers which included having a new boiler. Initially service was quite good (remember dropping the house key off at the owners own house) but over the years as the business grew service suffered with missed appointments and poorly trained staff. Finally lost patience after a number of issues when an engineer diagnosed a water leak and told me that the fault had existed for several years. Why they missed it for all the years Edward Bays had been servicing my boiler I’ll never know. Switched to a small local unit and now get the service I came to miss.

Our oil fired central heating boiler failed; within 1 hour of phoning Bays and engineer was on site. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours.

Our boiler kept locking out over the new year, a local company came in and we thought the problem had been fixed. However after they had left it happened again. They were reluctant to come back so we contacted Edward Bays, Craig arrived that afternoon it was a Friday and freezing cold. He found the problem within minutes and although he couldn’t get the part for that day he got the boiler going and it stayed on. he then returned first thing Monday morning with the part and it has been fine ever since. When we called the office Starr was so helpful and arranged an immediate visit and Craig certainly knows his stuff. We will be having a new boiler this year and will definitely be going to them.

Our heating system failed on what I suspect was one of the coldest days of the year. An 8.30am phone call to Edward Bay's, who installed and maintained our boiler resulted in a visit from their excellent technician that afternoon restoring our heating by tea time a job well done. I would recommend Bay's they are honest and very competent and always have given us excellent service.

Lifesavers on a Cold Sunday Morning when Boiler Stopped Working!
Woke up Cold Sunday morning to find no heating and no hot water - boiler showing F22 error. Rang Edward Bays (who we have used previously) and within 1 hour had an emergency on call engineer Chris out to the house. Required a new pump - all fixed by midday as had a pump in the van. Amazing friendly reliable quick service - would not hesitate to recommend. Five Stars! Thank you.
