I have no idea how this all started, but finding out that you have been charging 7.5 Euro every other week - so that you stay under the radar - for several months was definitely not pleasant.

It never showed from which account the purchase was made so I spent good few minutes putting in all email addresses I use. (I have about 10 accounts reserved for different purposes)

I still don't understand what your service is - other than very poor quality flash game from early 2000s - but you must be making good money.

Also, I see that there are bot-generated 5-star reviews to counter real people's 1-star reviews. (Therefore, the average score of mid 3)

I request trust pilot to try their "service" and realise that it's a scam.

According to the terms and conditions, when I purchased an the VIP price, I became a member of educated.fun,best regard to Ms. Edith the escalation team management,because shes not only patiently explained the relevant terms to me but also applied for a refund for me! I'm really very grateful to the educated.fun customer service, especially to Ms. Edith for his great help!

I never heard of this website but I was charged a certain amount of money. I reached out to their support and wasn’t able to get any help and even insisted that I signed up. I told them I don’t wven know what your services are and surely I won’t be needing them. It was hard earned money and intended to use it as part of ny cousins funeral.

I was in shock when an amount was "stolen" from my creditcard.
When I got contact by chat with Grace about Educated Fun, it was very good to experience she took me ( 80 years old) seriousand offered a good soluti9n. I feel better again after the shock before. Thank you Grace.

So far this company has been reasonably helpful and definitely not obstructive in any way they have given me clear statements of their intentions and carried out every thing they say they will do and I have confidence they will carry out everything they say they will do and I have to be patient and await for them to carry out what they have said they will do and I am happy with every thing they have said

I communicated with the customer service staff via email. Mr. Jamal, the staff member, was particularly enthusiastic and understanding, because he not only patiently explained the relevant terms to me but also applied for a refund for me! I'm really very grateful to the educated.fun customer service, especially to Mr. Jamal for his great help!

Fraudulently charged my card. I think they stole this data as I have no record of ever signing up with this company. STAY AWAY!

first I dont know how I subcribed to their app. second they upgraded me to "VIP" so they can get more money from me without my consent. And 3rd they dont refund me without rating them. what a scum!
