Avoid using this store's services
Avoid using this store's services. I ordered a couple of items with delivery to Europe last year, and I still regret it. They made a mistake and stated the wrong value on the package - twice the actual amount. Due to this error, I had to pay a significant customs duty (40 pounds). In response to my complaints, the store initially promised to investigate, then requested additional documents (which I provided), subjected me to rude behavior, and later promised again to look into the matter. In the end, I didn't receive any compensation and I regret the time and money spent.
You have to insist that they pay you the customs fees.
I ordered on the official website a pack of a sweatshirt, the CD and a signed card in addition to paying a high amount of shipping costs (I ordered it in March) when the package arrived I had to pay customs fees which, to my surprise, I did not It said when purchasing but it did say it hidden on the website, just as it says that you send the receipt so they can refund your money. When I opened the package, the sweatshirt was a different size than the one I ordered. After several messages they told me to send it but they did not send me any shipping label, and I was not going to pay more because of their mistake, the customs fees. They told me that they would return it to me within a month. Time passed and after sending many messages they refunded me money for the order little by little, first the shipping costs, then they gave me a discount in the store (something I did not use) then they returned the value of the sweatshirt after 5 months I received another package from them (I paid the customs fees again in the hope that they had sent me the sweatshirt correctly) and so it was, they had not notified me that they would send it to me again... after sending the customs fees again, which still They had not returned it to me and after many messages with them (they always respond the same: they are working on it, when it is sent they will let me know) they returned 100% of the order without counting the customs fees, which, stupidly, are €55 ( almost what the sweatshirt is worth). 10 months have passed and I have not received my money for customs fees, that is why if you are going to buy and you are in a country where you have to pay, think twice why they are not going to return your money.

After sending many emails, almost a year later they refunded me the customs fees, they took too long and did not deliver the month they promised but they finally returned it to me. They have answered all my emails. I recommend that you select the PayPal option. They refunded me the customs fees and what the order cost due to the delay.

they do not respond to emails or send automatic emails one day out of ten. I started a complaint procedure on the site "europe-consommateurs" to recover my unfairly paid customs fees.
Shocking Customer Service & No Delivery
Shocking experience pre-ordered the new album plus merchandise for myself and family member, well it's been out a while now and still no items.
The customer service is shocking asking well not asking 'telling' me to contact all my local post offices as they cannot help, truly mental, as a customer our contract is with the company not the carrier they use, safe to say I have just requested a refund. Honestly won't be using again which is a shame as I support eds material in many ways but this shoddy company need training on how to handle customer enquiries better, we are your customers you should be working to find our product or sort out replacements not dictating to us to do what is essentially your job, track down our missing items we have paid for well in advanced.
This was all pre-ordered back in April and here I am weeks after release date still with nothing to show for it except for being 80 pounds down.
STAY AWAY, worst experience ever
Terrible experience! I pre-ordered a Substract album bundle and it arrived here in Germany 2 weeks after its release and I had to pay customs despite the shop stating that they participate in the IOSS and would handle this. They also don't reply to any emails I sent regarding this issue (despite stating the opposite on their website).
Furthermore, they listed a false (50€ instead of 25€) total value on the package, so I had to pay double the amount for customs to even get the parcel. The exact figures in their declaration also don't match the prices in their shop so it's a customs nightmare. Now I have to solve this problem with the German customs office.
Weirdly enough, my parcel had two shipping labels, the last one from Estonia. Don't know whether that's a trick to avoid customs. Didn't work I guess.
Anyway, this is the most unprofessional official fan shop I have ever encountered. Can't believe Ed Sheeran is ok with that. STAY AWAY from this. Order from Amazon ot the like. This is not worth all the hassle and all the money you lose.

Pre-ordered the Subtrakt Deluxe marbeled vinyl and it came in the mail perfectly fine without any damage etc.
It was sendt already 2-3 days before the release date but the postal services and customs here wasted alot of time.
But that is not the shops fault!
Only thing is I got the order confirmation but never a notice about it beeing sendt.
But I suddenly got the tracking number in my postal app anyway.
And also the shop had placed "99.99euro" value instead of the actual value on the package so postal service tried to take higher VAT but I got that fixed so all good👍
Awful custumer service and late delivery

Tried to send them messages, but now, almost two weeks since the first one, I still haven’t heard anything. If they don’t reply soon I will definetely never use this shop again… Which is a shame, because I really love Ed Sheeran, and want to support him. Unfortunately, that’s impossible when I can’t trust the shop.
Fortunately I nougat the tickets to his concert next summer from a different source, so at least that’s in the bag.

Do not use this site it is a scame i lost 200 to them, multiple msgs nothing back it has been a few weeks now, I bought two items worth 200 and they sent me sweat pants that are to big. I don't even like ed sheeran it was a christmas gift for my mom all she wanted was his merch but now i guess her Christmas will be ruined since last order took over a month to get here and if they actually get back to me it will be to late :c I ordered in sept and got it start of nov lol

Love Ed sheeran. Love his music. But this is the 3rd time I've had issues with the Ed sheeran store. Preordained the = album and 2 of the signed shivers singles WEEKS before = came out. Knew I'd have to wait for release date for the album but that's fine. Got an email saying that shivers singles were delayed with the signing etc. No worries. Last week the album turned up alone. No singles. Wth? So on Saturday just after it arrived, contacted the store. 1-3 working days for a response. Hears nothing. Contacted again today because im now livid I've literally been scammed by a multi millionaire. I'm at the point I want to sell the tickets I have, throw out the albums and have nothing to do with it any more. Disgusted. I also look like a right idiot because been telling my family members (who I bought the signed singles for) the singles were due any day etc to cheer them up. Yeah nah they ain't coming. I know that already.

As of yet not received the items only and email on the 29th( release day) to say items sent tracked mail 1-2 days delivery .
Still not received and whilst email advises tracked delivery no tracking information provided in email or in my online account .
Ed Sheeran sets himself up as a man who supports his fans with regards to resale tickets etc , yet he's let down by bad management of his Store and deliveries to his Fans .

I pre-ordered items 8 weeks before the release date. Have gone on my account to find that it appears my order has been cancelled without any communication and I have not received a refund. No idea what is going on with my order. Have emailed customer services but not expecting much given the lack off communication and professionalism so far!

I placed an order the 1st of January, paid almost 10 euros to get it by tracked delivery estimated around 5 to 8 days, after 3 weeks I didn't get any news concerning the delivery, nothing.
A few days later it came to France and I had the wonderful surprise that parcel was pending in Paris and I needed to pay 14 euros of customs (I only bought two vinyls and 14 euros needed to be paid for one of the two articles which is super expensive at the end). So the goods weren't delivered yet, I had to add an additional 14 euros of customs and I was waiting for a month now.
After almost a week contacting there customer service I never received any email from them as I placed a complain regarding the cost, the pain and the delay I had to go to just to buy two articles... So I chose this shop cause vinyls weren't that expensive. At the end it was about to cost me the price of the items around 30 euros + 10 euros of delivery + 14 euros of custom... What a joke.
Haven't paid the customs fees and as they never get back at me (so what's the point of having a customer service?) well they can get their products back. I will never buy again from them... No wonder why people go through the big companies as Amaz... when you experiment this non professionalism... Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid them, you'll save money and time.
Miscommunication, wrong information, no replies to multiple mails and slow delivery.
Ordered a couple of CD´s in the Eu Store on December the 18th and paid 3 times the shipping cost to get "within 1-3 business day delivery" in hope of it arriving before Christmas. Around an hour later i received a mail saying that one of the CD's restock delivery was delayed and that it would take 3-14 days before it was in stock again and that if i did not wished to wait for it to restock i should just let them know. so i did and replied to them that i wanted to cancel the whole order, but never got an answer or confirmation of that.
2½ hour later i received the auto-generated shipment notification mail with a tracking number and notice of that it was shipped. This gives the indication of that they have no internally communication between the costumer service team and the packing/shipping team since they apparently had stock anyway and that my “I want to cancel my whole order” mail never got passed to the shipping team. So anyway, the package was on the way and i hoped that it was on track for delivery within 1-3 days as promised.
Another 2½ hour goes by and I got answers to some shipping time frames. The mail stated that orders would be dispatched 1-2 days after ordering and delivery time frames from that dispatch day for “standard” and “express/courier” shipping depending on my location. The weird thing about this mail was that I asked for delivery dates to Denmark the day before but did not have an order number or profile yet, so they linked my mail together with that and stated that I had chosen “standard” shipping and that It wasn’t tracked (but I specifically paid extra for courier delivery).
Furthermore, the delivery timeframes didn’t line up with those in the order confirmation mail at all.
in the order confirmation mail the Delivery information was “we aim to dispatch within 1 business day(Mon-Fri)” and “within 1-3 business days” delivery for Europe, but costumer service said “1-2 days dispatch” and “within 2-7 business days” delivery for Europe.
I answered that I hoped for some clarification and that it was shipped with courier since I paid extra for it and told her about the “restock delay” situation and that I by mail had wanted to cancel the order but It was shipped anyway.
Never got an answer or reply to that
on the 20th December I sent the same mail to them again since I haven’t got any answers in hope for some reply at least. Meanwhile the shipping information finally got updated and a rather big and 1,7 kg heavy package was reported as “shipped” on the tracking number. Finally the package was beginning its journey for delivery or so I thought at least.
Christmas and new year flies by and on January the 7th (or 8th) I write to them using their refunds and cancellations page since nothing had happened on the tracking number, or in my inbox about possible delays. I explained the whole saturation, described the information’s/mails I have got and my replies and how unhappy I was about the situation since I didn’t get the service I paid extra for.
Their reply? They confirmed what I already knew “your order has been dispatched on 18-12-18” got some poor apologies on high shipment during Christmas, that the tracking would update very soon. And that I should wait 2 working days more since they would not consider the package lost before after that time.
I replied to them about asking for their response to the “restocking delay” my canceling of the order, how they shipped it anyway and that I felt that I did not feel like I was being listened to by their costumer service team. Again never got any response..
The day after the package magically appears in my country and is marked as “delivered at terminal” and ”sorted a terminal” the problem was this was at 2 different locations 200km apart but happening at the exact time to the minute. And on the January the 10th I got an SMS about my package being ready to pick up at a store nearby.
In short: ordered a couple of CDs supposedly in stock and paid extra for express courier shipping, but costumer service said otherwise, never got reply for cancelling of order (which the said that i could) and they shipped anyway, got wrong and misleading/different information when I finally got answers after multiple mails and only to a small part of the original questions asked. Item arrived for pickup at random but nearby store 23 days after ordering.
Would not recommend to anyone who need items in the nearest future, wants replies to mails or costumer service.
And please don’t waste money on the express courier delivery.
Ed Sheeran is immense
I have used this website a few times now and so far, I have not experienced any problems. I just booked Ed Sheehan tickets last minute which were cheaper than most other sites selling the same tickets and they arrived very fast. I was extremely pleased with how my booking went and I had a fantastic night seeing Ed live.
Great product - bad shipping.
My sister bought a shirt on edsheeran.com and it arrived 3 days too late. 3 days is not that bad, so I'll still give it 4 stars, because the product is very good.
