App was easy to follow, quick results!

Words cannot even start to express my gratitude. There are not a lot of resources where I'm currently living. The resources that are available have incredibly long wait times. ...OR... I'd get into a specialist only to feel like everyone was playing hot potato to another speciality.
EDS Connective experience from start to finish was straightforward and uncomplicated. I was able to complete the intake forms within a couple of hours. Took measurements and pictures. The questions were thorough and thoughtful. I was given every opportunity to explain everything that I needed and or wanted to. In return they asked only one clarifying question. I was then given the opportunity to give more information back. They had a chat feature where I could ask questions, upload documents, or leave a introductory video about myself. It was very clear to me that they wanted patients to feel heard and wanted.
Results were within a few days and I literally have my diagnosis in hand. I was sent for genetic testing and I'm still waiting on that piece of things. The feedback was the absolute best part, especially the doctor's notes section. It was personable, kind, thoughtful, well explained and straightforward. This absolutely changed my life and corrected my path to the correct doctors and specialists that I need to be in front of.
Long of short- BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Very easy process! Amazing to be able to start with a team of medical professionals who know EDS! Been gaslit my whole life and this organization helps with diagnosis and providing follow up documentation for your current health professional AND referrals for genetic testing.

The evaluation was very thorough and professional, and my Dr was an excellent one. The entire team of this company is built of the best and the brightest minds in the EDS community, and I feel very confident and relieved in my diagnosis. I love the work they do with the EDS Society. The entire process was very simple. The team was very communal and very validating. When there was an issue with my final report, it was fixed immediately, and I received a follow up call from my Dr and an excellent email from the manager.

A good and much needed service, fairly easy to get through to complete the evaluation. Not sure how clinically accurate it is without in-person evaluation or even any real dialogue with the evaluating physician. Not sure yet if the results will be validated by other medical professionals.

It was easy t complete; except changing my phone number to the correct phone number. It is still incorrect.

I had a great experience with EDS connective. They clearly stated their purpose and made it very easy to enroll. It provided the service promised. The intake questionaire provided clear directions. I did find it took me longer than it said it should take to complete the questionaire. After submitting the intake, results were predicted in 3-5 days; I received mine sooner.

EDS Connective was a simple yet thorough evaluation that hit all of the nails on the head! I finally felt seen and heard! The evaluation was simple, with straight forward questions. The results and diagnosis were ready incredibly fast, and (in my case) genetic testing was quickly ordered for further investigation. I am tickled pink!
