Hard to believe that EDRAW has a 4.5 star rating
I find it hard to believe Edraw has a 4.5 star rating. Edraw must have paid for those. I got this tool to create quick PFD's for quote support. Not engineering drawings. Well, advert made it sound like I could upload drawings, or describe what I want drawn and it would do it. But that is not the case, The Edraw AI is slightly retarded I think. Trying to draw was terrible slow frustrating and clunky. Also, the billed me for a year like 2 days into the free trial and wont refund (because I used to many credits to create one drawing). The $150 was just payment for another lesson to check reviews and do due diligence. .... sigh

Regarding the billing: PDFelement software offers a free trial version, so customers can 'test-drive' before deciding to purchase. The free trial is intended to give users an opportunity to download and test the product to ensure it meets their needs and performs as expected before committing to a purchase. However, it is important to note that the trial version provides a limited experience of the program's features. In order to unlock and enjoy all the features our software has to offer, you will need to purchase the full version of the product.

Installs things on a PC you can't get rid of
This would be great if they hadn't installed a button on my computer that I cannot get rid of. It even shows up when I'm watching movies. Incredibly irritating and an invasion of privacy from this Chinese firm. Avoid.

Appauling customer service
I have a lifetime licence to EDrawMax and was prompted to upgrade from V14 to V15. Having installed V15, the software now claims that I have a 'free trial' version, despite me activating it with my lifetime key.
I contacted support... It seems you can only get one response per day and that response is "this is how you activate your software". I have explained that the software is activated but no one seems to read what I am writing and no one seems to care enough to fix the actual problem.

EdrawMax: my diagramming buddy
EdrawMax is one of the easiest diagramming tool with a lightning fast interface. It helped me in my Thesis to create flowcharts, mind maps and several other diagrams. Not only that but I also used it to edit diagrams created on other tools from my friends. What I loved was its huge library of amazing templates that are editable. Saved me hours of time that would take to make a diagram from scratch, plus, the templates are great to get a creative idea from. I would recommend EdrawMax to everyone who are either students or working a corporate job. Best tool ever.

Best Every Buy
I have been using Edrawmax for three years now. Before this I had to use multiple software to get my things done. However this proved an all-in-one hub for everything I required to do in my work, which included reports, presentations, information memorandums, and design elements. Everything needs some design inspiration and necessary tools which were scattered in multiple applications before the arrival of Edrawmax.
I highly recommend this software. Actually, it's a must have.
