0 stars. Avoid at all costs!
Note- the only reason I have give one star is because you can’t give a zero. I am highly disappointed in the customer service provided. The staff member was extremely rude and unreasonable throughout. It was clear she could not be bothered and became argumentative and abusive before ending the call.
After booking (a very large) party, unfortunately the covid-19 pandemic struck which prevented us from visiting. Understandably we were disappointed but still wanted to book for a later date.
Then the property which we had originally booked was no longer available and no other option was provided for us to book for our large group. Through no fault of ours we were no longer able to book through this company. On booking we had paid a full deposit as requested, for the company to then cancel the booking and keep the deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this company at all costs, honestly THE worst customer service in the world, I've just had the manager yelling down the phone at me. We had a booking for 18 people that was cancelled because of the pandemic. The place we originally booked stopped operating and they didn't find anything else that was suitable and have now decided to keep the deposit for cancelling a booking that we don't even have.

Hi Kate, you paid £200 to our company that you decided to put towards a new booking this year, you were offered properties that were less than your previous booking and of a higher standard. You have lost £11 per person because you did not wish to book any of the properties this year, we can extend your credit voucher for another year.
While £11 may be a lot to you we would like you to also understand that we as a business have suffered a lot from the pandemic and so have the owners of large apartments. We have had 3 owners of large apartments take their own life probably due to the pandemic and many owners have been forced to sell properties or have gone bankrupt. We have offered you other apartments for a lower rate and we feel we have been fair. We did not yell at you but we can not tolerate abuse to our staff or the threats that you were making. You did book within our terms and we are willing to extend your £11 per person credit note for another year. We are sorry you feel so upset but tourism has been one of the worst hit sectors and we as a company feel like we have treated you fairly and within our terms.

If you need to find accommodation in Edinburgh I highly recommend Edlets.

Fantastic organisation
All members of Edlets were extremely helpful, patient and polite.
They took a lot of time and trouble to find the perfect accommodation to suit our needs, which were many and varied.
Their knowledge of Edinburgh was excellent and helped enormously with finding us the right property.
Their prices are better than any other rival platforms.
I would not hesitate both to recommend and use their services again.
