I was provided with an excellent service from the London city team when I recently purchased two work suits. They were clear with the ordering process and when a material was delayed, they were able to suggest an alternative to allow for an on time delivery. On collection they found the need to make a few more tweaks to provide a well fitted suit. My second suit arrived a couple of weeks later. The team were very helpful and I will certainly be back again shortly.

The staff were attentive and patient. They made sure my suit was perfect before letting me take it away. I would definitely recommend.

The process and willingness to get the suit 100% spot on was top.

The journey I've had with Edit suits, creating my wedding suit, had a bit of a bump along the road. However the customer service following and continued in-store service provided by Francisca has been exceptional.
I have always been greeted so warmly and the advice with how to accessorise (the suit being a very bold purple with blue and white lining) was incredibly appreciated. The adjustments that had been made from the previous visit were perfect. Francisca is a credit to Edit Suits and I will not hesitate to return.

I had a fantastic experience at Edit Suits Bond Street. My first initial consultation with Francisca was brilliant and we spoke through all options and fits. When it came to my suit measurement appointment Francisca had all my options and details I had chosen ready and we got to measuring. Francisca was both knowledgeable and personable. When my suit came and we had our first suit fitting appointment and it did not disappoint. The suit was beautifully made and even better than I had hoped. We had a minor adjustment to make but apart from that it was perfect to fit. Would recommend Edit Suits Bond Street if you’re looking for a great service and great suit.

I recently ordered a suit, pair of chinos, and three custom shirts from Edit Suits. The quality and fit of all the pieces is excellent. The ES staff at the Bond Street store were attentive and offered valuable guidance in helping with custom selection. Even when there was a miscommunication, the team acted swiftly to remedy, evidencing a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I will be returning to ES shortly for a custom jacket. Highly recommended.

The staff at the edit store in Bham did an amazing job helping me sort out my suit for a wedding I'm attending in august. I didn't really know what I wanted but they knew exactly what would look good and helped me pick out the right choices for my suit.

Once the suit arrived it fitted perfectly with no further alterations needed.

10/10 couldn't rate this store any higher, i'm definetly coming back again!

First time having a suit made to measure and the experience was great. There's an almost unlimited number of choices and customisations but the staff were great guiding through everything and giving advice. Recently collected the suit and as you'd expect the fit was spot on. I'd recommend without hesitation.

The service provided is simply amazing and very professional. No rushing and everything is arranged for your tailored shirt to fit perfectly. Can only recommend!

Excellent service !! Ordering my second suit with them

We had a truly unfortunate experience with Edit Suits for my husband's wedding tuxedo. From start to finish, the process was riddled with issues that added an unnecessary amount of stress during what should have been a joyful time.

The team seemed inexperienced and disorganized. The ordering process took far longer than expected, and during our initial appointment, the iPad they used to record measurements and details wasn’t charged. As a result, they had to re-enter everything, and in doing so, they forgot to include the vest — a crucial part of the tuxedo.

When we went to pick up the suit, no one mentioned the missing vest. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized it wasn’t included. Upon contacting them, they told us it was too late to have one made. This oversight, especially for a wedding, caused a huge amount of last-minute stress. We spent hours trying to work with the Edit Suits team to find a solution, but they ultimately couldn’t help, which forced us to visit multiple stores ourselves to try and find a match.

On top of all this, the suit’s fit wasn’t great either and required several visits to adjust — none of which fully resolved the issues.

Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I truly wish we had gone elsewhere. I would not recommend Edit Suits for important occasions.

Fully recommend the team at Edit Suits in Bond Street London. I had a first rate experience in the initial consultation back last September and I chose a half lined 100% wool navy pinpoint jacket from Edit's house range (which is great and feels the equal of the more expensive named wools) .

I have since purchased two made-to-measure shirts thus year , and will order more this week! They are better than any other provider I've used !

Big shout out to Emily and Bao who place customer service at the heart of everything they do. I wont go anywhere else now.

I spent an hour at their South Moulton Street branch on March 17th being helped by Francesca. My measurements were taken but unfortunately it seems they were not entered into the system. I got a few generic emails saying I need to be measured, but as I had already been thoroughly measured, I assumed that this was related to an earlier online visit where I stopped at the measurements part.
Anyway, my wedding looming, no suit in production. Their customer service team were extremely helpful (thanks Harper) and Joelene also weighed in to get things done and make things right.
Sometimes things go wrong. When that's in the lead up to your wedding, that is very stressful, especially when balancing a very busy work/home life.
The Edit Suits team sorted it all out, and I will still get my suit turned around in time for further adjustments before the wedding.
So if you are thinking of buying from these people, I recommend it, because things went wrong and they fixed it brilliantly, and that's the mark of a truly good company.

Tanguy was a gent and super helpful with every step, from the first meeting through to the suit being signed off and taken away. I enjoyed the experience and learnt a fair bit about suits in the process, so I am very grateful as this was my wedding suit that I go through Edit Suits. Very pleased and would always come back for future gear!

I got my first morning suit from edit suits in the city for my wedding and it was great. Having not owned a morning suit before, Steve and the team provided expert advice and helped created the perfect fitting and looking suit for my wedding.
