Where are the options to cancel pre-orders or where are the options if an item is unavailable and they have 48 hours to find it where are my options? I’m given none if they promised me a product that I placed an order for and there’s seems to be an issue why am I not given any options to cancel this especially if a product is not going to ship out for another month in a week?

Placed order with notification of confirmation only to be told later it couldn't be fulfilled.

1st said candle was originally priced at $89.99 & on sale for $69.99. NOT TRUE! Was $69.99 AS PRICED. LIES, LIES, LIES... I'll never buy from your company again because I don't need LIARS in my life, especially when purchasing a product I LOVE!

This was my first order. Your website was easy to shop, communication was clear and timely. My package (which is a gift for my granddaughter, therefore extremely important to me) arrived in a timely fashion, and in perfect condition. Thank you.

I ordered a pepper grinder and one day later, received an email that it was unavailable but that they would continue to source it. The email I received came in at 1:02am. There was a line in their email that I could email them if I wanted to cancel it. I responded at 7:43am that same morning to cancel my order. At the time, I had not received any notifications from the company.
I then received an email that a ticket was created for my request. Hours later, I receive another email with "good news" that they were able to source my item. I wrote AGAIN to Editorialist stating I wanted to cancel my order.
I didn't receive another email until almost 2 full business days later stating that they couldn't cancel my order because it was already placed.
I am not sure how much more quickly I could have responded to avoid this situation. I'm incredibly upset that Editorialist takes their time to respond to me, but tells me essentially that my "order was processed faster than my email came in to them." I still haven't even received a shipping notice from the company! I don't want to pay shipping to receive or return this item that I wanted to cancel, but afraid I got duped by this shady company.

I sent a message the day i received my package letting this company know I was sent the wrong item. I got no response so I place a claim to my bank .

They might not have had their systems updated with inventory but they took care of getting the order even covering the extra cost. Much appreciated

Editoralist advertised for sale an expensive handbag that I purchased online in good faith only to find out they did not have it in stock and were looking for one. Meanwhile my money sat in limbo. When they ultimately found one it would have required another payment of about $215.00 in import fees to re-secure the purchase. No thank you! That’s not how I do business and neither should they. What is the point of advertising a product for sale that is not in stock? This misleads the customer and leads to anger and frustration. I requested they cancel the order at that point and it was not processed - however, it took time away from my finding the hand bag again from another vendor with the option of it possibly selling out in the meantime or having to pay more money somewhere else, which is what I had to do.

I had a small login issue with an app and reached out to Editorialist's customer service. They were incredibly helpful and resolved everything quickly. It's rare to find such good customer support these days. Thank you Anica, you made my day better!

Ordered a paid of JW Anderson x Wellipets frog clogs and was happy to find that they were able to secure a discounted price that was $74.00 cheaper than the original price listed on the Editorialist website and $200.00 dollars cheaper than the price listed on the Wellipets website. Pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to save so much on a purchase I was expecting to be quite costly.

Phenomenal. I had reservations about purchasing a Max Mara sweater using Editorialist but I already had one and wanted a second one while it was still available. Price was incredible, Editorialist was so communicative and kept me informed every step of the process that they will be my go to source for luxury items. Oh my! A terrific experience!

The product selection is great with competitive pricing. The customer service was excellent- very prompt and responsive to questions; much better communication than other sites.
