Somehow I got an application I didnt sign up for. After realising that the money was taken for the "membership" of company I had no idea about, I started communicating with several people about the case with no positive outcome. I was told that the money will be credited on my membersip and I could use them to get something. I could not enter the website as was a virus error all the time, which I was told is my problem as I have secured antivirus system... Eventually after around 20th email send I gave up as there was no assistance and people I emailed with were writing all over the same thing with copy/ paste sentences.
After few months I have realised the eventough I closed my accountand was told no more money will be taken, I was charged again the "membership". In taht case I started sendign emails to understand why this is happening. Eventually it was made clear that I will be reinbursted with the last charge and teh money will be returned on my bank account (which I am stiil waiting for). I cant say at this point that case is closed, but if it will be, I ll be glad and gratefull for the last person (escalation team) that made a decition in that case.

For two months, I have been trying to get a refund for money that was independently withdrawn from my account for something I did not order. I am disgusted with the correspondence with Editiongaming and their empty promises. I do not recommend them and warn others against these scammers.

I got the response that I wanted. As I was misinformed on the platform regarding a Galaxy smartphone for 64 year olds.
Waiting for my refund. To add insult to injury. You have deducted another amount from my account. This is unacceptable.

Look out everybody, these are scammers!!!!!
This is al fake.
They just take your money.
Even the positif reviews are fake.....
Dont trust them, dont ever, ever order something becaude you fill loose your money.
