Edinburgh Borders Roofing responded very quickly to plea for help and quickly sent someone to assess and quote for repair. They were very patient as we contacted all owners in the stair and the very promptly (within a day or so) conducted the repair as soon as we asked them to! The problem was fixed, at a competitive price, and the follow up care has been impressive.

As a returning customer, very impressed with the overall high quality of workmanship from the team. Water damage in the garage roof was substantial and a new felt layer and rafters were needed ASAP. The team did a fantastic job - thank you. Great customer service from the office based team.

Over Xmas/New Year period I discovered a leak in my roof. Contacted Edinburgh Borders Roofing who promptly attended and using photographs of the damage, provided a full explanation of work entailed. Pencilled in a start date of 4th Jan but inclement weather precluded this. Work commenced the following week but again weather intervened. Kept involved and attended at every opportunity until work completed. Again detailed pictures used for work undertaken. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very efficient without prompting and very pleased with final result with all necessary work completed at a very reasonable price. Assessment of roof status included for peace of mind.
Will certainly use this company again.

Great company told me that my problem was in fact not my roof leaking but condensation in upper bedroom so problem sorted.other companies have not been so honest.can't thank them enough

Good quality roof repair. I would recommend EBR. They gave a very honest, comprehensive estimate. The work was done according to the estimate and they supplied photos of the completed works. The men were helpful and informative throughout. Overall, they were very good apart from a delay to starting the work.

Living in an old (very old!) property in Edinburgh, it was time to give it some love and attention.

From the start of the quoting process to the finish, the Company was a delight to work with. Having used EBR for smaller jobs in the past, it was time to 'test their metal' with a bigger piece of work and I wasn't disappointed - gold I would say...

They did exactly what they said they would do and the quality of the workmanship is second to none (big shout out to Michael, the two Darrens, Willie, Kyle and, I suppose, Brandon who didn't look old enough to be out of school!). The team was top notch - approachable, friendly and, most importantly, listened to what I wanted.

Will definitely use EBR again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - a joy to work with.

My flat roof extension replacement was an extremely difficult project that had poor access and an awkward overhanging building. All obstacles were thankfully overcome by two highly skilled and experienced members of the team.At all times they were professional, friendly, collaborative and approachable and always eager to translate my specifications - and more - for the project ultimately to be realised. They were a pleasure to have around, extremely tidy and in addition, I was aware they took great pride in the work they ultimately delivered.
