I had an issue to whereas I returned an item at Macys and they credited me for the wrong item. When I went to return the second item, they said it was already returned, which it wasn’t. Customer service resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I really like wearing this brand and I’m very grateful that Edikted handled my issue with great service!

Loved the clothes, amazing shipping service it arrived iin less than a week, eventhou they were like 10 things, and everything great quality same as the picture, and greatt prices, just one shirt it didint appear like it looked online but other than that 10/10

I bought 3 sweatshirts and 2 shirts for my daughter on her birthday and the sweatshirts were too big. I paid two seperate handling fees to send the 3 sweatshirts back for refund in the same parcel. I chased them after 9 days for a refund. After countless emails they only refund 1 sweatshirt despite 3 in the refund parcel. Terrible customer service. Never ever buy on their website.

Their clothes are nice and really cute but the only thing I didn’t like was the delivery process. My package is still in transit even though it was supposed to be here a few days ago, other than that everything else was great

My package hadn’t arrived it shipped in over two weeks so I sent an inquiry form and got a reply within a few hours. The message I received was nice and gave me the option to either get a refund or a new package, which I chose to resend a package. Hopefully, I will eventually get what I ordered.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered quite a large amount for me, 11 days ago, every day I get a notification saying it's delayed but on its way, today I got a message that it's on its way to a complete unknown address. Communication is so poor, chat bot rubbish, no phone number and after long email send, they have replied that I need to wait until it's been delivered and are not even investigating where it is, or offering to send me a new fast delivery or any money off. A friend of mine is having the same issue. They did offer 20% off next order, but I don't trust them with more of my student budget. Really dissapinted as have ordered multiple times before but not being treated as a repeat customer.... To add, 2 days later I got this reply:Hi Monica,

I’m really sorry about the stress and inconvenience this has caused. From what you’ve shared, your order appears to have been delivered to an address you did not provide, and you’ve already raised this as a formal complaint.

To make sure this gets sorted properly, I’ve passed this along to an agent who’ll take over from here.

Absolutely useless as still no resolve offered and saying I won't be refunded delivery charges for something that was not delivered????
