shipping adress

i love all the clothes and everything, but i had problems with the zip code, so the order got sent late, even though i set the shipping 1-4 business days, i make the payment on 20 of october, and the email says that the pack will arrive on 28 of October, theese are more than 4 business days

Where is my money

I orderen 2 Weeks ago, the package didn't get delivered and there is no substance in the responses to my thousand emails about how I get my money back.

Sure, you colleague told me to wait a little longer for the packed even though at this point I had already called the dhl (Post) who told me that the package was already on the way to your warehouse. Still my girlfriend (Who ordered the hat) proceeded to write you emails from her Email Adress, gave you the Order Number and everything and it still led to nothing.
But I thank you for the offer to investigate it further and I wrote your colleague again. I hope he can get me my money back.

Update: I finally got my money back, but because it took very long and it wasn't very easy because I got no information from ed hardy regarding about when or how I get my money back, i cant give more then 3 stars.

I can see that my colleague responded to your email on October 18th, advising you that, as you mentioned, you updated your delivery address with DHL. Please note that this may cause a slight delay in receiving your parcel, as DHL will need to update the shipping label accordingly.

I am unable to see any response to the email sent on the 18th, so could you please email us back so we can assist you further?

I've seen the email your girlfriend sent on the 20th of October, and I responded asking for her to confirm the order details due to DPA laws, as the email address isn't linked to the order, but I haven't received a response.

We will get this resolved for you and contact DHL.

Great Design, Poor Quality

I really like the design of the products, but unfortunately, the quality leaves a lot to be desired.

I bought a baseball cap, and after less than two years, the plastic closure completely lost its teeth. I bought a new cap, and after a year of use, the whole thing is completely faded. This has never happened to me with cheaper brands.

garbage quality for an expensive brand

garbage quality for an expensive brand. bought a hoodie and the print fell off in the wash, the fabric has stretched out. none of this has ever happened to any of my other cheaper hoodies that ive had for years and washed exactly the same way as i did with the ed hardy one.
tried to contact customer support and never heard back. waste of over 100€.

Great service, speedy responses.

I had an issue with my delivery address. I contacted the WhatsApp support team and they resolved it swiftly. I was even given a delivery upgrade free of charge.

Order # 127519…… Please do not order from Ed Hardy, their customer service is the worst ever. They claim they will get back to you in 48 hours and it’s been almost a week no one has t gotten back to me. Ordered for my niece on black Friday as a Christmas gift. Didn’t realize their top ran extremely small wanted to exchange for a bigger size and no response back at all. Ed Hardy just basically ghost their customers. All they care about is the money and not the customers.

Don't order from ed Hardy

Don't order drom ed hardy, I have used them twice the first time they had not given my jeans I had to go through support their support is awfull the second time with this black friday sale they delivered me a bag that was already opened and my 130 eu trousers were gone, I had captured it on my surveillance camera and send it to them they did nothing. I had waited 3 hours to enter the black friday sale and I was one of the first to enter. Their clothing is amazing but their service and support is awfull, I would not recommend to ever buy here.
