Scam.

Bought two wallets for Christmas gift. They have not even shipped it out. When I inquired, I received an email that they had a warehouse fire. Hmmm

Seems I was scammed too . I thought I was cleverer than this . Obviously not . Had the same e mail about the fire . Absolute b******ks ...

What was I thinking, should have checked here first before buying. No show of item at all and apparently the quality is awful even if it does arrive!

Same as all the other reviewers. Ordered two wallets, received confirmation of shipping but then updates stopped. Subsequently received an email stating there had been a fire and they were still trying to get orders out. Absolute scam and no response to emails. This company needs reporting.

Very poor customer service. Told me they were still planning to dispatch despite a terrible fire in the warehouse and staff being hurt. I was foolish not to check reviews. Wish I found this first.

One star as I can’t put negative. Ordered an air tag wallet and key ring. Payment was made along with shipping protection. After several emails informing me they have had more orders than expected an email today tells me they had a warehouse fire. Will be chasing for a refund and blasting out scammer reviews everywhere possible. Do not purchase from these scammers

Absolute scam, ordered the wallet 3 days ago, still have t received an order confirmation (itemized) have now received an email saying the factory burnt down with people injured… nonsense

I looked for reviews but missed this site, wish i didn't. Ordered a wallet and tracker, 30$, showed "shipping failed." Going to try to get to customer support, but i have a feeling i'll get nowhere like others. Don't buy from them.

Ordered Christmas gifts been about a month and still haven’t received them this is a scam tried multiple times emailing them and no response back sadly.🙄

I have ordered the wallets and 1 other item some 2 weeks ago now but have not received any of the items. I have tried contacting the company by email several times but I no response at all!

Read the other reviews first! They are all true! It is a scam unfortunately, do not waste your money.

It’s a scam lowlife ppl they don’t know how to work just ripping ppl off they’ll get it back eventually so not buy from them

Been trying to contact them in relation to an order being dispatch but not getting any reply from them. Looking like this is a scam is anyone else having a problem with deliveries?

Ordered the wallet for a gift in November, did not receive the wallet, nor can I contact the company. Have written several emails and no response.

Update. Arrived after a month. (2 wallets). Cheap crap in my opinion. Poor quality. If I’d picked them up in a shop I’d have put them straight down Complete waste of money. These companies should be ashamed. They were intended as gifts but I’m thankfully they arrived after Christmas as I’d have been embarrassed to give them anyone as gifts.

Absolutely shocking. Will be reported as fraud. Company’s like this shouldn’t be allowed to continue trading. Customer service when you get a response is cut and paste answers at best. At no point in the order process does it state that it will take a month plus to arrive. Still waiting, looking forward to my next cut and paste apology that’s they are extremely busy and it’s on its way. Although the tracking never gets updated. If I could give them a minus star I would.

Terrible.

Charged card and nobody in customer service replies with a status of my order. Tracking shows no movement even after 15 business days. DO NOT BUY.

Horrible product. The card mechanism broke after six weeks. Got told that’s “normal wear and tear” honestly avoid like the plague. Worst purchase made for a long time.

I received my order of 2 wallets. One of them broke within the first 2 hours of using it. See attached pic.
The slider broke off while trying to eject the cards from the wallet. Not to mention how very long it took for this order to be delivered. If I had known it was coming from overseas I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED IT. They said they were sending a replacement but to date have not received such. I finally had to open a case on PayPal for refund.

Just a scam.
Cheap vinyl wallet.
No tags or gps
Its ugly & plastic.

The worst product I ever bought in my life,no customer services and they don’t reply to your emails total waste of money .......the advert online is misleading cards don’t pop up as the advert claims,.......to me it’s just a toy for kids not adults so don’t waste your money,mine is still wrapped up and it’s going straight in to the bin because it’s just a toy that my 10yr old son don’t even wants......pls don’t ever buy you gonna regret it.
