My dog doesn't like it at all

First time trying Edgard Cooper.Bought the organic beef kibble. Unfortunately, my dog really doesn't like it. I've tried mixing with wet food and fresh meat, he's just not eating it. Other than that, the delivery was smooth and packaged properly.

Good service

My dogs really enjoy the dental sticks. I have a repeat order which always arrives on time with no problem. Customer service is very good.

Great choice - great service

A great range of high quality food available which my dog has taken to straight away.
Smells fresh, looks great and the larger kibble helps to slow him down just a bit.
Delivery was really quick (and free).

Great for my dogs sensitive stomach.

I always order Edgard Cooper food for my dog as he has a sensitive stomach and skin. I buy grain free. The delivery is excellent and fast. The food actually smells nice too and he always eats it. I had trouble getting to eat foods he had previously.

My Pomeranian has been fussy all his…

My Pomeranian has been fussy all his life until we tried Edgard & Cooper. He absolutely loves this, and his stomach issues have totally settled. Their customer service is amazing, we had an issue with the wrong item sent and it was sorted straight away. Excellent products and customer service

We received dented damaged cans of dog…

We received dented damaged cans of dog food. It was not caused by the carrier as the box was undamaged
I Sent a photo and complaint and received no response.

Unable to cancel a placed order after 1 minute

Ordered with a discount code that worked and then didn’t work. Asked for an order cancellation, told that this wasn’t possible. Won’t use again.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it’s technically not possible for us to cancel it. Our system processes orders very quickly so they can be prepared and shipped as soon as possible.

You can refuse the parcel at delivery, and it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

Or, up to 14 days after receiving your order, you can request a free return label from us, we’ll be happy to arrange that for you.
