6 Years of loyalty, let down by bad client service
I was a loyal Edgar & Cooper customer for 6 years, and for most of that time, I was genuinely happy. The product quality is excellent and my cat loved it.
Unfortunately, I've had to cancel my subscription due to a persistent delivery problem that was never properly resolved. For several months, the delivery partner (PostNL) repeatedly failed to attempt delivery at my home — even on occasions when I was waiting in. Parcels were consistently dropped off at a collection point far away.
I contacted customer service, was told the issue was resolved, and only later realised nothing had actually been done beyond rechecking my address (which was correct all along). When I followed up the next month, I was told they could not do anything further (including simply contacting the delivery partner to update my delivery preferences to select at least choose a closer parcel shop).
After 6 years, I expected more of an effort. The whole point of a subscription service is convenience...having to take the tram to collect a parcel every month defeats that purpose entirely.
I'm genuinely sorry to leave, but I can no longer justify paying for a subscription that creates more issues than it solves. I hope Edgar & Cooper take delivery complaints more seriously instead of treating their loyal customers this way...

This is absolutely not the level of service we want to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, especially with a subscription that’s meant to make your life easier 😔
We also sincerely apologize that your previous contacts with our customer service did not lead to a proper solution. We understand your disappointment, and your feedback is taken very seriously to enhance our service again.
We will look into what went wrong together with PostNL and see how we can improve our delivery experience going forward, so situations like this can be avoided in the future.

A healthy and very happy cat :)
This is definitely the brand that helps the most in terms of quality and my cat's satisfaction. His fur is shiny and doesn't fall more than usual. This enables him to be satisfied and grow up healthier than with other well-known international brands. Plus he loves the different taste of the mousse. Also the delivery service was correct and came at the estimated date. Very satisfied and definitely will recommend!

Brilliant service and food for cats…
Subscription is great my cats food is delivered on time every time. My cats have been eating your foods from kittens, they are now 2 years and love their food. They eat the wet food once daily and the dry food which is available for them all day to nibble on as and when they need it. They are healthy, not overweight, and their coats are healthy too.
