I bought a flight with E-ticket included, which should have to be sent 48hours to 8hours befor de flight...and I should print it, so I was informed by e-destinos.
They did send me my ticket only an hour befor check-in, far too late to print it, as one hour befor flight I was supposed to be at the airport already (from Sao-Paulo to airport Guarulhus it takes already minimum 40 minutes, if no traffic on the streets...)
It was a big mess and difficult to handle, as Im not good in Português and dont have knowledge about Guarulhus Airport. Though I could resolve it and get a ticket on the airport... E-destinos shouldn't offer services of which they aren't able to fullfil.. It's very unprofessional and not trustworthy...

6 problems so far:
(1) they didn't tell me there was an airport change in Paris (which is a real hassle) until AFTER I had paid for the ticket. There is no way to find this out beforehand;
(2) In fact one reason for this is that the flight time was fraudulent, as it did not include the time in Paris (4 hours, necessary to change airports,
instead of one hour) so it made it look like it was a 3 hour shorter trip, with no change.
(4) They have kept me hanging "sendo processado" for 20 hours so far, with no guarantee that the reservation will go through; they guarantee only confirmation within 48 hours. By that time it will be impossible or much more expensive to re-book on another site since my flight is in a few days.
(5) I see all the reviews are negative except for a few with a 5-star. My guess is these are fraudulent.
(6) There is no phone service on Sunday, only chat, only restricted hours, and I had to wait about an hour to be put through. The person was friendly and helpful but the problem is not there, it is with the company.
(7) If my ticket comes through successfully, I will amend this review, but for now I am extremely disappointed.
