Good communication and prompt service.
The perfume (No 577) has a lovely, light scent (reminiscent of a French perfume I used many, many years ago), although as an Eau de Parfum concentration I expected it would have a longer-staying power. However, this would not put me off buying it again.

Perfume arrived promptly , well packaged , and as I knew the fragrance number I required ordering was easy

bottle was smashed in transit. I emailed over the weekend and it was replaced free of charge by mid week. Excellent customer service.

We have ordered products from Eden Perfumes for many years now and we have never been let down ! Perfect service.

Ordered 405 perfume for me and a friend...my grandaughter said it smells amazing just like the original lancombe...after a while I can't smell the perfume on me but I then get lots of lovely comments how nice I smell 🙂 I'm vegan so feel reassured this perfume won't cause any harm to me or Animals...Will definitely purchase more fragrances in the future.

Excellent Perfumes and Sustainably made

I have ordered three bottles of 699. The first was the correct scent, the second large bottle was a completely different perfume. I emailed Eden to raise this but did not return it as I support the company's ethics and just wrote it off as an error. Two months later after notifying Eden of the previous error, I offered another bottle of 699. Not only was this the wrong perfume again, it was different from the previous wrong perfume. There are clearly serious issues with quality control for this particular product. I would like to add, I have never experienced this before or with any other perfume from Eden. I still fully support the company but it's just disappointing as this was bought as a present

Very quick fulfilment and postage, thank you. The scents I chose are both fabulous the copy of Elixir nicer than the original, I think, and the Glossy dupe, is lovely too.

Extremely fast shipping from UK to US. Smells great. Just like Aqua di Gio but hopefully clean ;)

This is my third purchase of Eden's pheromone 1 perfume. I love it and it's my most complimented perfume. It arrived quite quickly and was well-packed for transit. I bought it during the 15% off event recently which makes it even better value for money. I highly recommend Eden.

I wanted a fragrance like Paul Smiths Rose which has been discontinued. Eden’s 566 is pretty good but sadly doesn’t seem to last on me

The fragrance is lovely, it reminds me of an eau de cologne I was very fond of and, which, unfortunately, is no longer made: Un Homme by Charles Jourdan.

Delivered really quickly but the package was poorly secured and it was open on receipt. Thankfully all the bottles were still in it but only by good luck.
Lovely perfumes though. I haven't had time to test them all on and see how they last, but great first impression. One bought as a gift and my daughter loves it.
