DON'T ORDER - WHO IS PURSUING THEM?

I already wrote a review in June. I ordered in February and have been chasing my jewellery or money since March.
I've got a insurance who has tried to contact them but nothing so far. It's now with a mediator but I tried to call and their answer phone is full.
Is anyone suing them? Can we get together for this?
I don't live in Nice so can't go to their address but is there anyone who lives nearby who could?

Do not order anything on Edenn

I will try to be short and give as much details as possible.

- Order made on mid-December 2021.
- Order started to be prepared 2-3 weeks after.
- Then after a month, I ask for update. Apparently the gem is difficult to find.
- 2 months since the order, new e-mail and the answer was that the gem doesn't meet their criteria.
- 3 months, I send another e-mail. The ring already prepared doesn't meet their quality criteria.
- 4 months, no updates.
- I finally cancelled my order mid-April 2022.
- Today, I am still waiting for the refund. They try their best to not give the money.

They never contacted me first. I was always the one trying to obtain information. Not a single e-mail to tell you there is a delay or something. 0 timeline predicted.
The website is a lie, they will never make the ring in time. The ring I ordered was promised around end of January. Mid-April still no update.

A huge joke, customer service nice but absolutely incompetent, not because of their fault but because of the fact the company does not have any materials on site. They order the gems once they have enough order so they can reduce their cost.

Do not proceed to any order, it is tempting, their prices are low but this website is almost a scam at this stage. I don't even understand how this is actually legal.

Absurd!!!!!!!

I placed my order on middle of February. And it is May now, I still haven’t receive my order! It is insane and absurd! If any of you want to buy a ring for a surprise gift or proposal, don’t order from them! Because it will ruined everything!

Truly incompetent company

Truly incompetent company

-They estimate that the item would take about 3 weeks for manufacturing and delivery - after 6 weeks they did not even receive the materials necessary to make what I ordered. Unfortunately I was not able to give my wife a valentine's day gift even though i ordered well before the day.

-It has been over 1 month since I requested a refund, and still there has been no refund (and no response as to the reason for the delay). The legal limit for a refund of this type is 2 weeks.

There are of course many apologies made for all of these problems. Apologies are very cheap however - what I want is my money back.

This is why we give an estimated delivery date and not a fixed one. It takes about 3 weeks to make a piece of jewellery, but this time frame is variable. Prefect Engagement ring

My fiance ordered the ring he proposed to me with from Edenn. The ring looks super beautiful, a blue Saphire with diamonds on the side. I am very satisfied with it, I barely take it off my finger and loooove it. Once the ring was made, the delivery to Germany was secured in just one day. I highly recommend Edenn.
