Eden mill when it first started out had a great selection of beers, and a very appealing and approachable staff at the old paper mill in guardbridge, but I don't know what happened, Eden mill seems very pretentious now with the price of the nas whisky, and the lack luster selection of beers, if it's gin or a rather overpriced bottle of whisky then great, but not for me, as for the shop fronts they are rather disappointing with only the op whisky and some gin.get back to what you had at the mill

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We haven't produced beers for many years, as our focus has been on our gin and whisky ranges. We're sorry to hear you feel our products are too expensive. Our gin is very reasonably priced compared to our competitors at a similar level, and our single malt whisky pricing reflects its unique and very exclusive nature - we have less than 400 casks remaining from the original distillery. We are currently in the process of building our new distillery, just a stone's throw from where the previous one was, and it is due to open next year. We hope you'll come back and visit us then so we can change your opinion about us!
We take on board your comments regarding our shop fronts and this is something we will try to improve.

Ordered several gin sets to be used for gifts, the boxes were severely marked, very poor condition. In addition, as part of the deal, there was a free gift, which was not included.

Excellent customer service
I unexpectedly received and email inviting me to review a recent purchase. Having not made a purchase, I contacted Eden Mill out of concern.
Within 30mins, I received an email explaining what had happened, assuring me nothing was amiss and apologising for any inconvenience.
I don't usually post reviews, however taking such prompt ownership of my query has left me wanting to recognise this.

Hi John,
Our courier is normally very reliable and provides a delivery slot so you know when to expect them. As we sell alcoholic beverages, they have to be signed for and the courier will not leave them in a safe space. If you know you aren't going to be in, they give you the option to reschedule the delivery and they attempt delivery 3 times before returning it to us.
