Set of miniatures which…

I order a set of miniatures which didn't turn up. After contacting Eden Mill they resent the order. Upon arrival one of the minature labels was not on correctly. They did offer to refund me if I returned the item. I simply kept it

Good whiskey-poor customer care

There were only a certain number bottled and no number was on the bottle. Also I have bought nearly every bottle early and then miss out on sale price’s and other incentives like free glasses etc which I think is poor marketing for your staple customers
