Eden Host A Scam

Hello friends,
Here i want to share my experience with Eden Web Inc, they are a bunch of money minded idiots they will never help you and have 90% downtime.
Their servers go down once per week and in that downtime all the website files are deleted and if you don't have the backup then your business is ruined and when you ask for support they ask for $10 and if you refuse they block you and don't listen to you.....

So beware of them..

recently their servers gone unstable and all my website files were deleted and they installed a backup that was 90 days older and that backup was corrupt and when i asked them what is this they said
"I don't know anything about it it's your problem go solve it yourself and if you want support then pay us $10 per support and if you want to back ur site up then you will have to pay $40 per website else **** yourself"

This was their reply and they have been blocking me ever since

now i can't even log into cpanel and when i ask for support they just ignore me....
thanks

Forfærdelig support men gode priser

Ja...

-- No, what I found stupid is, that even though cPanel has an option to enable external connections, the customer would have to contact you aftwards so you can also enable the connection in your own firewall. This is a big hassle for such a minor thing. During the few months I used your service I also experienced a lot of downtime, and I had to personally submit a ticket to get an estimate on when the servers would be back. This should be messaged out to all customers automatically, but it seems you're catching up on that now.

Is it the firewall's fault if you do activities which conflict with it? Like entering the wrong password several times, trying to break a mod-security rule.
