Bought two pairs of specs £39.50 inc postage supposed to adjust to your eyesight. They don't. Asked about return and refund. Edeals refused saying it was a sale offer, but would refund me 10%. Outrageous!
Never use this company i purchased 2 pair of glasses for £34 they arrived in a plastic bag one pair had a broken arm they were nothing like advertised complete rubbish and they do not accept returns.If I knew they were coming from China i would never of purchased them.
Absolutely horrible. I ordered a item 1 month ago with a shipping date of 15 days max. I am extremely upset and will never order from this site ever again and will tell everyone I know of to never order here again. I work with Amazon and have tons of connections so you pretty much killed your own site.
Appalling company!
I have already written a review because you took 2 payments out of my account - one for goods and one for a "subscription" which I never signed up for! You subsequently refunded the "subscription" amount but told me you couldn't refund for the goods as they were in transit! That was on June 18th! I'm still waiting delivery! You are now ignoring my emails about this! My bank will be informed and they have already indicated that they will take up a fraud case against you! Everybody needs to k ow what an appalling company you are and be warned off ordering from you! You need to go out of business quickly!!
