I’ve had many great experiences throughout the years in Eddie Murphys, but my most recent experience will be my last. Bought a pair of Tommy Bowe shoes with my suit. 3 weeks later the heel of the shoe starting coming loose. With great work they told me they would get the shoes repaired, which was superglue. The first time I wore them when I got the shoes back the heel came loose again. Now the actual sole of the shoe is starting to peel back. Can’t wear them anymore! And I know that they won’t replace the shoes. It’s madness. They cost me €100 and they lasted about 2 months (about 10 uses!)

Since the first week of August I've been trying to get a manager to resolve an issue for me. I've left my number and name several times in both stores and waited for a call back to no avail. When my groom and his bestman wen to pick up the suits they had the wrong sizes left aside and had to get most of the suits changed for different sizes.The evening before our wedding my groomsman tried his suit only to discover it was too small and the ties hadn't been given to any of the groomsmen or the groom.when I rang the store it took 23 phonecalls before someone answered. The man in the wedding shop rang me back shouting down the phone that we had the ties and go look for them. Never dealt with anyone this rude and aggressive before.we didn't have the ties. My groom and groomsman had to drive an hour to the shop to get the groomsman a larger jacket and sort ties,by doing this they missed the rehearsal and a family dinner. The shop was supposed to order matching ties for my little boys but they forgot to. One of the waistcoats that was hired by us for our other groomsman was damaged at the back. When I rang the shop after the wedding the same man in the wedding shop kept shouting over me and wouldn't let me explain what the problem was. At one stage he started laughing and said "sure ye all had clothes on the day". The only wedding suppliers to let us down,big time. I have called on several occasions and I've emailed and nobody has contacted my back. I've never experienced customer service this bad in all my life and I will not be recommending to anybody to shop here

Ordered a XL received a 2XL even after discussion from me calling the store to enquire about size guides that don't exist on the website
