It appears that a demo bike that I was sold for £450 earlier this year after spending £1100 on my previous 2 year old bike which developed a fault that they couldn’t get a part for after I had been without my bike for 2 months,is also now an obsolete model..see the reply to my last review.
So it appears that your bike may only be good for the 12 month warranty if you are lucky.
As for saying although they didn’t have any spokes in stock for my current eco-volts and that any local bike shop should have them is poor service indeed.
The spokes are 215mm long and as such not used on normal bikes however they are readily available on EBay if you need any.
Just for the record my first Eco-voltz was serviced twice in the two years I owned it and the part that failed was internal and therefore unable to be serviced.
Would I buy another Eco-voltz bike. Not a chance
