I’ve been with this company for at least 16 years now my system as never faulted it sits on the roof quite happily helping me to keep my electricity cost down.
Be even better if I could get a battery storage system fitted to upgrade the system 👍just saying 👍👍

I have requested the panels be cleaned repeatedly for the last two years with no success. They have never been cleaned in 15 years.Customer response to any of my requests is poor with one reply being two years after I asked!!!.
Ecovision have needed to carry out electrical updates in my home for there benefit and I have accommodated them every time.

The last email from Ecovision was the 12th August informing me that an engineer will visit to carry a survey on the 9th October. There was no communication prior to the visit and also after the visit. The engineer told me that a box needs changing and I mentioned the solar panels haven't been serviced and cleaned for more than ten years, he told that he was going to take a picture of the solar panels. If they have received the picture by now, they should have noticed the anti pigeon metallic round the panels which I paid for and I have been trying to claim it back. I am still waiting to hear from them.

I wouldn't say it was great, the work was not done for my benefit, but the operatives were pleasant and courteous and covered their work boots so as not to soil my carpets.

Ecovision came out to replace my meter and now it is not communicating with the company and I have an error message on the equipment in my loft so I’m not sure if the system is working at all. They can’t come out until December to look at it all.

First rate , many missed booked calls from company, this engineer new employee arrived on time, ticked all the boxes and full information regarding working of new equipment, well pleased….a fellow “Brummie” like me of course!

claiming urgency then taking months to organise (this began in June/July with a request to replace/update the meter) incoherent phone calls, ringing off when waiting a few seconds for an agreed date to visit, inability to realise and appreciate that customers cannot wait at home all day/week waiting for an engineers visit
