Excellent car, great service. We’re very glad and it made our Puglia trip really relaxing and pleasant!

The staff were great from check in to collection / return. The car park is the furthest from arrivals so there is something of a walk to get to but assume reflected in the cost versus other more well known companies nearer the terminal

Staff was helpful, cár was clean and reliable. Though we had a little problem, as they do not accept the deposit on a Revolut card!

Online reservation was easy. The staff in the airport was really nice and helpfull. Pick up and drop off went really quick. The car itself was great and perfect for my trip.

- They didnt except debit card and we had to pay extra 400 EuR from 22nd till 29th July-too much I think.
+ The car was super clean.

I headed directly to the Ecovia car park as I had not seen the Ecovia desk located inside the airport. So i needed to get back there, losing about 15 minutes. All other things went fine.

Very nice and quick check-in service - nice personnel. Brand new car. Over expectations. No issues or problems.

We were lucky to get totally new car with upgraded size. Staff on the airport in Bari was very efficient so was the check in as well as check out. Will be glad to hire the car again with Ecovia.

⭐️ 1 star — *DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY*

This was one of the most frustrating car rental experiences we have ever had.

We made our booking online, and at no point during the booking process was it clearly explained that the reservation had to be made in the name of the main driver. My husband was always intended to be the driver, and we both arrived at the desk with all required documentation, including his valid international driver’s licence.

Despite this, the staff refused to amend the booking name or assist us with a simple administrative change. Instead, we were told to contact customer support ourselves. As international travellers without phone access, we explained that we only had mobile data and were directed to use live chat.

The live chat team repeatedly attempted to contact the airport desk, but the staff claimed they were not receiving any calls. We were left stuck between the desk and customer support, with neither side resolving the issue.

The most disappointing part was the attitude of the staff, particularly Isabella and her colleague. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no willingness to find a solution. We were so distressed by the situation that I ended up in tears, yet they still refused to offer even basic assistance, including allowing us to briefly use a phone to contact support.

Thankfully, an employee from another rental company witnessed what was happening and kindly allowed us to use their phone. Without their help, we would have had no way of resolving the situation. We ultimately rented from that company instead because they demonstrated the professionalism and customer service we expected.

To make matters worse, we were charged a cancellation fee despite the fact that we never wanted to cancel — we simply needed assistance correcting the booking details.

This experience could have been resolved within minutes with reasonable customer service. Instead, we were left feeling completely unsupported and treated unfairly.

We strongly recommend reviewing your airport staff training and your booking process, as customers should not be penalised for a requirement that is not clearly communicated and then receive no assistance when trying to resolve it.

Good and new car, nice staff at car drop off. Only disappointment was the fact that we were informed about the missing childseat (as reserved) half an hour before we left for the airport back home.
We did manage to arrange something else, but it was stressfull.

All went quick and with no problems. Car was fine. I recommend Ecovia!!! Thanks.

Rented an SUV. Car was almost brand new. Drove great. The only slight annoyance was that the pickup point (after attending the desk in the terminal) was quite hard to find. But everything else about the booking and car was brilliant!

Everything was ok except that i booked a fiat 500 which was very important for me and i got another car.
For a roadtrip in Italy with pictures this is not acceptable
