This is one of the slowest and most unprofessional courier services in Bangladesh. The delivery personnel behave carelessly and take no responsibility. There is no customer support hotline and no proper complaint channel available. The service is unreliable and disappointing.
Their payment system is the worst payment system I have ever experienced.
