Great company

I hasve used EcoSki for the past two years and am so happy with the service and quality of the products. They are so lovely to deal with and go above and beoynd to help. Will be using them again for my next trip.

I had a fantastic experience hiring ski…

I had a fantastic experience hiring ski equipment! The quality of the gear was excellent—everything was clean, and some items were even brand new. Isabel was extremely helpful in ensuring I got the right sizes, and they even sent alternatives to try beforehand, which was a great touch. The entire process, from ordering to returning, was seamless and hassle-free. If you prefer to hire rather than buy, I definitely recommend them!

Great experience!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Ecoski. Email enquiries were replied to promptly, the clothing was delivered early, the rental gear was in perfect condition and the cost was reasonable. An all-round excellent service. Thank you

A last minute .com decision to rent…

A last minute .com decision to rent given that my kit no longer fitted; so despite being pressed for time EcoSki could not have been more helpful, making sure that all I needed arrived in time.
The kit was very good quality and there was quite a lot of choice on the website.
It proved to be the answer for me and i would recommend the company.

Genius ski rental

Genius concept for ski rental, excellent customer service, and high-quality kit. Recommend! We used EcoSki for school holiday ski trip in Feb. The kids bib-style trousers were especially popular with small children who like sliding in snow ⛄️

Excellent

Excellent, quick and helpful response to queries, with a very easy booking and returns process and high quality kit. This is our second time using EcoSki and I heartily recommended them to everyone, especially families like us who are new to skiing and/or have young (growing) children.

Perfect choice for a skiing trip

Amazing service ! As a beginner skier, I didn't want to commit to buying a whole bunch of stuff right away, as well as the issue of storing bulky gear in a tiny flat - renting my ski outfits through EcoSki was the perfect solution. As a beginner I also had no idea what I would need but the website was very helpful in helping me work it all out. The items were high quality, fit as expected and exactly what I needed for a week away. My items arrived in plenty of time for my trip & the returns process was extremely easy.

Avoid!

Paid for next day delivery but product did not arrive (waited three days). When raised told 'it was in the post' and they would follow up. Had no follow up so had to chase with them some two weeks later. Told 'still in post' - I cancelled order. Product arrived next day - tracking shows it was posted after the order had been cancelled. I then had to inform the company. Poor communications, no offer of compensation or discount. Clearly not honest.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by this order. As a small, family-run business, we take immense pride in being a company people can trust, and we hate letting anyone down.

To clarify, everything we rent (the main line of our business) is held in our warehouse to ensure smooth and reliable fulfilment. This pre-owned snowboard was an exception—we listed it on behalf of a customer, without commission, purely to keep it in circulation and out of landfill. Unfortunately, because we didn’t have it in our direct possession, there were delays in communication and shipping.

As soon as we realised the situation wasn’t going as planned, we refunded you in full. However, we completely understand why this experience was frustrating. The seller had also gone to great lengths to arrange delivery, and ultimately, the board ended up with us. We will be covering the cost to the seller ourselves because, at the end of the day, we believe in doing the right thing.

To make sure this never happens again, we will no longer list pre-owned items unless we physically have them in our warehouse. While we’d love to offer a resale platform in the future, we know we need the right systems in place to maintain the level of trust and reliability we stand for.

We truly regret that this experience didn’t reflect the high standards we set for ourselves, and we really appreciate your feedback. If there’s anything more we can do to make this right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Amazing socks

Order sent very promptly. The socks were a gift, the recipient tells me she wore them for walking as well as skiing and they are amazing.
