Did what they said they would do. Good communication, reliability and work was to a good standard at a very competitive price.

4 stars for the fitting but

0 stars for the after sales which was constant.
Phone call after phone call even after I had asked not to be contacted again. I have had to get my number removed from their systems to stop the sales calls!

They don't appear to have a CRM in place or if they do, they don't make notes!!

The replacement windows and door are fine, the fitters friendly and carried out the work well.

It seems there is a a very basic lack of communication within the company and they can be quite pushy.

Very efficient service from sales, survey, manufacturing and installation service.
The work undertaken included window frame and glazing replacement, also the supply and installation of a new back door. I am pleased with the finished products and the installation process. Clearly well experienced and competent personnel. The price for the work was also competitively priced.

Windows were fitted without any fuss.
And the fitters were polite.

Excellent service from first sales visit from Susan,to a quick arrangement for fitting the new glass,and quick and hassle free fitting by the guys on the day. Will definitely use again as and when needed.

The company didn't tell the truth from the start. I'm obviously naïve but I did believe them and am sorry I did. They also used high pressure sales techniques and again told me things that aren't true. They only give a 7 day timeframe for changing your mind. They said they would replace fascias and soffits and this is on all the paperwork but it was cladding - which I'm not against, but would want a company to be honest; they brought scaffolders from 1.5 hours away, gave them a start and finish time but then brought fitters from 2.5 hours away who got stuck in traffic so that didn't work. They then didn't pay the scaffolders - or communicate with them. For one day of work I had scaffolding up for over a month.
Ecosave 365 didn't communicate effectively with me and someone who said that he would make sure everything went well, later said that he'd assumed someone else would answer my query and didn't check. When I rang I got passed around, was told someone would ring back, they didn't and on one occasion, when I was told a particular person would ring back at a particular time, half an hour later, when I rang, my number was blocked. The work wasn't finished properly and it took a long time to get sorted with the fitter seeming to tell me things that he didn't intend to do as well. It was tricky and although it got sorted eventually, I wish I hadn't used this company.

Avoid Scam Alert ! High pressure sales tactics praying on the elderly. Conned an elderly relative into spending £8000 on work worth less than £500

ecosave365.co.uk gave me a price the day after I made my enquiry, they measured up the next day and the job was completed within three weeks. They arrived early and left early. Very polite, tidy and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Great job. The amount of extra light in our entrance hall is amazing. Looks great from the outside and beautifully finished inside. Great price too.

Was lead to expect much more, locks and hinges not lubricated, doors not closing fully so was a draught, had to adjust myself to get a seal, seal around back door glass where fitted outside, not replaced, had to ask that locks and front door handles were replaced, hoovered up myself afterwards

The communication was very good. The representatives explained clearly and precisely. The installers arrived at the time expected. The fitting was completed and demonstrated. The payment procedure was easy. No complaints

Very satisfied with the product and engineers who came to do fitting were very polite and worked extremely hard both really nice lads. Did a really good job and left everything tidy.
