Disgusting service!!! No duty of care to their customers and work not carried out with the correct skills.

Was left with a major gas leak following french door installation.

Gas pipes were located underneath the existing wall they removed as part of the job. Damaged was caused by them using expanding foam to fill a gap which caused pressure on pipes and split.

Took over three weeks for them to finally accept fault and the repairs to be done to my pipe work. Me and my 3 year old child were left with a gas leak which i was told i had to sort. Following Cadent isolating my meter, due to the leak. We were left with no gas/hot water during this time.

Attitude from the installation manger (Brendan) was awful. He repeatedly spoke down to me and continually told me i had to fix the issue.

The damage was fixed by a local contractor who has since been chasing payment as Eco Save failed to pay the invoice within the given timescales.

I have contacted Eco Save on several occasions to find out the outcome of my complaint. Unfortunately, i keep getting told the team are unavailable.

Richard, the fitter, was excellent - he worked quickly, efficiently and with little mess. That is the 5 stars. What I wasn't so happy about was the number of attempts made to have me authorise more work. Checking the work done - no, you never moved off the settee as you wanted me to comit to work elsewhere in the house. Three phone calls offering me an excellent price if I said "yes" today - where do you think the money comes from? That would be 2 stars.

We replaced two units with them unfortunately one failed but was no problem they came back and replaced it no problem they were really attentive no mess and very helpful.

It is now a year since these scammers informed us they would refund our deposit due to THEM cancelling our contract. I am sure the Directors will be enjoying their dividends funded by all the monies not returned to customers, also the investments they are making into the company.
They haven't got the decency to acknowledge an email from my MP.
What goes around comes around!!
PLEASE BEWARE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service still awaiting a reply from the company regarding a refund which js due from May! My elderly grandparents are in need of this money and it is affecting their daily life. Disgusting way to treat people.
Please contact me to resolve this issue ASAP.

I don't normally use cold callers. But I felt this was OK and after reviewing it went ahead. Very efficient great communication. Easy to deal with, I got glass replaced in windows, didn't try to sell me frames or replace glass in one window that wasn't needed. Added on the door handles to match the window handles. Very pleased with customer service and fitting guys were friendly and tidy. Would recommend.

Horrendous customer service. My elderly father has waited (and is still waiting) for a refund of a deposit paid in May. Has spoken to numerous customer service agents who keep asking for his bank details and say it’s with the Managing Director. Absolutely terrible service and behaviour from this company. I have contacted my local MP. £200 is a lot of money for any pensioner.

Taken to Small claims court and the decision was in my favour 365 windows has failed to pay after destroying my windows. They did not attend mediation or the court on the day of the hearing. If I were you I wouldn’t go near this company with a barge pole. Every thing the said was a lie and the so called trade persons were awful. I don’t know how the owner sleeps at night. I’m not allowed to give no stars.

Phone call from them saying the Government had chosen my street for testing the glass in my home.
Was told it was all funded and cost me nothing as my windows older than 10years, I asked her to repeat this as sounded like a scam!
Made the appointment and a rep called me back minutes later. I asked again how much it was going to cost me, he said it would be a percentage. When I said I had been told nothing, his sarcastic response was 'well I'd get my own house done for nothing'.

Hate companies like this who choose to scam vulnerable people!

Windows were of excellent quality.The fitting was quickly completed and the fitters were polite and cleaned up on completion.
My only comment regarding your company is pushy salesmen making me tell rushed into my decision.

Quote was very reasonable. Surveyor was very thorough. Workman were very intrusive. All personnel I met and spoke with were very professional but friendly and I was very happy with the finished results.

Professional, polite and a great job.

The job was quick they formed us what they were doing.
I am not sure if the job has been carried correctly as nobody has been to check the work.

Sales rep charged same price, said to be discounted, for replacement glass in 3 windows as for a new patio door, new window and glass replacement in 1 window. The work was hastily done and no one came to check it. I was very pressured after first sale to sign for possibly unnecessary, 2nd job.

Quality products
