Very high end flooring quality, exceptional pricing. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Great shop and curated well, a lot of really great porducts.

I noticed they had some european made products but a shame there was a fair amount of the ceramics and kitchenware manufactured in china.

Companies manufacturing in china is a sign of cutting cost.
this makes you question sustainability and work conditions.

Provided essential wood flooring for my business that had the quality required to take a beating over the years. Much easier to clean, doesnt scratch and was installed within a day.

The staff helped me from start to finish and showed me a bunch of different types of flooring that suited my needs. Flooring is excellent, just what I asked for.

When purchasing any wood flooring, you dont want to break the bank but you also dont want a finish that can be scratched and dented.

Ecora had an offer on some very good quality flooring - I went into the shop so see how good the quality was and I was blown away. Bought 15 packs there and then for my front room.

Absolutely brilliant product and can confirm it is very scratch resistant (dogs) and dent resistant (kids).

I had a great experience using and buying ecoras wood flooring. Happy to help me and provide me with the info i needed to make an informed decision.

After 6 months im happy to report that my wood flooring is still going strong. I have a few kids that drop stuff ALL the time and still havent managed to even leave a dent in the flooring I got which is obviously excellent news so far. The flooring probably couldnt handle a hammer though but everything else it seems to get on with just fine including scratching such as moving a sofa to hoover under it.

Not had any problems, still as happy as the day I got it all fitted.

The staff at ecora were a pleasure to talk to, installation was 2 weeks later and not had any problems. Cant recommend enough.

Happy with my purchase and very pleased with the results. Cleaning after my dogs will now be much easier!

Easy from start to finish, ordered, delivered installed, no problems had.

The staff were professional, the shop had a nice aroma too it (or i was getting high off the flooring fumes!) They supplied me with top quality wood that has lasted through large objects being dropped on them so safe to say I made a good purchase. They are easy to clean, easy to take care of and are so much better if you have children and or dogs. The only downside to wood flooring is they are colder but i suppose if you get heated flooring this will alleviate this issue!

We are in the middle of a new build and getting floor samples sent from many companies. Although the ecora sample was the over our budget we decided to pay the extra (10k plus in total). Because of the large value of the order we decided it would be a good idea to by a whole pack (approx 1sqm) to get a better idea of the finished look before we placed the order. I asked for the pack to be delivered and was informed that the delivery cost would be in excess of £200.00. We operate a national courier so I asked if it would be possible for me to send a driver to collect the pack. This would cost me less than £10.00. I was then informed that this could be done but the pack would have to be collected from the store rather than the warehouse. It's now starting to get messy. OK I said I will collect from the store. Then I'm told there will be a carriage charge from the warehouse to the store of over £100.00. Getting even messier. I suggested that i should send my driver to your warehouse.

After the person dealing with it had consulted with her boss I was informed that I would not be able to collect from the warehouse and that they would rather lose a 10k order than allow me to collect a sample.

I emailed and asked for the email address of the company MD or owner. As a company owner, I would like to know if one of my team was turning these sorts of values away.

I was not surprised to not get a response.

See still haven't ordered the floor for this area of the project (total 150sqm of 750 in total) but feel we were probably saved.

I have requested a sample of wood and it took over a week for it to arrive that sale ended by the time i recieved it.

My flooring samples arrived next day. And the samples are a good size too, so you can get a very good idea of what the flooring is like.

We've recently ordered a few wood samples which arrived promptly and were all nice.
We have however decided to go for black nut solid wood because of unusual design and great quality. Look forward to having the floors laid!

Samples have been brilliant and so has the follow up contact and very much looking forward to choosing the product..

The samples I requested from ecora are excellent quality and came very promptly. The follow up email was a nice touch as well, inviting questions about the product. One criticism I have is that the samples are perhaps not completely representative of the grade as the rustic and character samples I have are pretty much flawless. I'll be interested to see the examples in the showroom.
The product does seem very good quality and the range of finishes is one of the best I've seen. I'm very likely to buy the floor I am currently looking at from ecora and have already recommended others have a look at their products.

The staff at Ecora have been very helpful in explaining the choices that are open to us in selecting a flooring. They respond quickly to e mails and have a good range of flooring available. We are looking forward to having our new floor laid and feel confident that a good job will be done.

The website had good set of choices and it was easy to order samples, which then arrived quickly. The prices were competitive too.
