Extremely dissatisfied with this company. They did not disclose their policies regarding return/exchanges when cold selling their products via telephone. Was also promised something upon purchase, did not receive what was promised. When I telephoned to explain about our machine, was spoken to extremely curtly. Will definitely not be purchasing from this company again and would certainly NOT recommend them to anybody.
