This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM! They take your money, your parcel and then disappear. Customer service is not real people, it's a bot who's not gonna help you to find the parcel or return money. AWARE!!!

Relatively reliable service

Great service if the driver wasn’t so rude. I’m glad to say my boxes arrived at their destination only a few days later than promised.
I have used them again, only to find the pick up guy even more obnoxious and rude. Now I’m excited to see if the second shipment turns up as well.

When I received the 2 packages today, they were absoluty broken. The inside with my personal items showed outside throught the broken package.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Claimed twice that we wasn’t at home when they came for pick-up.
We have cameras logging all calls on our doorbell, and where at home both times. They were never here. To have a refund they want me to pay another €6. No way I will pay them more for a service they never performed. According to Ecoparcel they don’t answer, monitoring or use reviews from Trustpilot. That hasn’t stopped them from advertise on their website that they have an average of 4,5 stars. Hard to believe after seeing their reviews here on Trustpilot.
Total scam!

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

We paid for a pickup service expecting a reliable and timely collection of our packages. Unfortunately, what we experienced was far from acceptable. Despite scheduling the pickup for Monday, no one showed up — and we received no clear communication or updates throughout the week.

Only late on Friday did we finally get a response, which did nothing to resolve the issue. As a result, we were left with no choice but to delay shipping until the following Monday — a full 8 days after payment. This has negatively impacted our business and caused complaints from our customers.

The lack of accountability and poor communication made this one of the worst shipping experiences we’ve ever had. We won’t be using this service again.

Looks like scam!!

Looks like scam!!! Can't cancel the order even that I paid for that option. No help service not telephone contact but only AI bot responding with template answers. More likely you never gonna received your parcel with them so better not used their service.

Be careful - SCAM Business!

Be really careful with them. It's cheap and that's for a reason.

We had a package lost. Very little customer support and now they are scamming us on the insurance. They change the value in the backend and don't provide you any information so they can say you didn't buy the extra insurance.

Only send things than you can replace easily. Take photos of all your items and the box and every step you take on the website to keep in case you need it later.

I would pay more to use another provider.

They were supposed to take the parce on…

They were supposed to take the parce on the 15, after 4 days, they did not take it yet.
Further, assistance is slow and does not investigate. They could only tell me, "The courier has been out to collect parcel again today.".
No information on which courier, no call to the number.
Very bad experience. I will ask for a refund.

Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Customer Care

This experience dates back to october 2024, but I didn’t have the time to leave feedback until now. I strongly recommend staying away from these guys—save your money and don’t trust them.

Here’s what happened: I scheduled a pickup from home Portugal, but the driver never showed up. I was at home, and nobody called or knocked on my door. Instead, I received an email stating that the pickup had failed. Immediately, I contacted the support team at ecoparcel.eu to find out what went wrong. After wasting several days of my time dealing with these untrustworthy people
I was told the driver had come, I didn’t answer the bell, and they don’t make phone calls if I don’t respond the door bell


Let’s set the record straight: I was home the whole time, nobody came, and nobody called, this company jsut took my Money did nothing and did not refound me.

I also requested an invoice, which was never provided. (For context, in Portugal, companies are legally obligated to issue invoices, and failure to do so could involve law enforcement. However, I won’t waste any more time pursuing this with them

Ecoparcel.eu, it's too late to address the issue now. You had the opportunity to resolve it when I first made my complaint. At this point, I won't waste any more time responding to you.

Stay away from these guys!

Worst ever scam service

Worst ever scam service, I have collection, they did not provide carrier name, they did not provide tracking number or any other information, no one arrive for collection, then they request additional money for cancellation, if you want rebook collection, they ask more money but they will not provide who will collect it or any info about collection. I will report chargeback for this scam service, obviously support does not work and they does not answer

They kept my 30 eur and couldn't process my order
I booked a delivery through them, there was an error on their part so I had to cancel the order. Then it took forever to refund the money, they took 6 eur out of my money for "administration" and put the rest on my account on their website. I contacted them five tines to get the refund to my bank account and they never paid it back to me. I just lost 30 eur and have no way of getting in contact with them any longer as they have no phone number and don't reply to emails. Avoid them at all costs!!

Parcel shipped with additional insurance got lost and Ecoparcel doesn't refund

I shipped a parcel, and after nearly three weeks, a different package was delivered to the recipient.
It took two and a half months for Ecoparcel to acknowledge the loss, and since then, we've been waiting for the insurance refund that was promised but has yet to be paid despite some replies that are always vague and dilatory.
Unfortunately, Ecoparcel is not honouring their commitments, making it a shipper to be avoided.

Bad experience

Our experience with this company was disappointing. Very poor communication, poor delivery planning, a lot of hassle for the refund (we are still waiting for the acceptance of the cancellation of the order as required) while the receipt of the parcel did not take place due to poor organization of the company. We definitely don't recommend it

Avoid this service at all costs

The pricing was very appealing, but the overall customer experience has been a complete disaster. I booked three deliveries with them and never received a confirmation email. That immediately raised a red flag, so I decided to cancel the order the same day (thankfully, I had selected the cancellation option). It’s truly been a nightmare since then.

There’s no phone number or email to contact them—communication is only possible through the "Manage My Order" section on their website. You have to wait for their response before you can even send another message, and their replies are anything but prompt.

Despite my cancellation request, they still sent a courier to pick up the packages. Luckily, I didn’t hand them over. The shipping labels didn’t look like anything a professional company would provide, which only confirmed my fear that the packages could easily be lost.

Although the tracking now shows the order as canceled, the actual order itself is still marked as active, which means I can’t request a refund. They were much quicker to take the payment than to respond to any concerns. A week later, I’m still stuck waiting, unable to take further action because I need their response first. It’s incredibly frustrating.
