I've been ordering from Eco Origin without any issue for quite some time but with my latest order it's been 12 days since I ordered.
I sent an email to your sales email, and no answer in 8 days.
I don't like to do that but happy to change my note when my order is sorted
Edit: it got there in the end, 16 days after order

Sorry to hear that you didn't receive your product. We would have picked up a lot quicker if you would have emailed us before leaving a 1 star review.
Upon checking we can see the free product order was posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class the very next day.
