QUICK HELP
I needed help and wasn't too confident with setting up the store and getting it running. I emailed them and a rep got back right away. The way customer service is
The way customer service is. You want to keep chating with them even if the problem is solved. Getting the job do is really there style. The store traing was so well. Like you can do exactly what the instructions are with no problem. I thought the store training was so useful. That is what brought the excitement to having the store. The store training I was a little nervous but as the system kept telling how and what to do. It was like when I finish this training I am go to be so good at how to do what and when I want to my store and the feeling you get to get ready to launch the store. A real good relax feeling. No stress

I love how all my stores are pre-built and I could set up a sufficient fully staffed fortune five hundred company easily. Now I have the financial freedom and energy for other things because I work for myself.I can invest in other businesses and non-profits to increase productivity in my community as a leader. But although I made millions on this site I have not been able to complete one owners withdrawal. I have been locked out of my system for almost eight months now and have been putting in tickets for trouble shooting for months because of this I have been suffering a serious crisis personally. They should have a better way to verify you and when you schedule a call and no one shows up it is very unprofessional.

Don't really know how, but he did it!
I've been on ecomwebsites for a week now and I was constantly having trouble getting my stores set up. MInd you it wasn't their fault, it was mine. Why, because I am a 75 year old non-tec savy person.lol Anyway, yesterday after trying to open up my jewelry store for about 6 hours I went on to Chat. After working with their Rep. Mark, a miracle happened. He did it! It was just plain awesome; the amount of time, patience and effort he put into helping me was astronomical. He realy knew his stuff. I highly recommend if you are having a problem, open up chat and let them help you, you won't regret it.
He made me feel young again. lol All of the rep there have been very, very helpful.
