I purchased the monthly plan for EcomStal expecting access to the tools as advertised, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
After completing the purchase, I received my license key and tried to activate it, only to find that the key was already in use. This immediately raised concerns, as it meant I could not access what I had just paid for.
I followed the instructions provided to resolve the issue and contacted support multiple times via email. Despite sending several messages and clearly explaining the problem, I never received a single response. It has now been over two weeks with no reply and no resolution.
At this point, I have paid for a product I cannot use, with completely non-existent customer support. There is no way to fix the issue on my end, and no effort from their side to help or even acknowledge the problem.
Be very cautious before purchasing. If anything goes wrong, you may be left without access and without support. Based on my experience, there is a real risk you will not get what you paid for.
