We booked three people onto a Level 2 bat training. Course information before hand was good, and training good. However, where the experience broke down was receiving the assessment results. The training took place in August 2024, and results received in January 2025. After much chasing, with little communication or response, we received an email in November, saying the results would be sent to us no later than December 21st 2024, which did not happen. I lodged a formal complaint, and in line with their ISO9001 accreditation, should have been lodged and responded to, however I received no response. I aimed to provide a balanced and understanding approach in my emails as I understand that some things don't always go to plan, but I have felt the complete lack of communication a real challenge. I certainly will not be using Ecology Resources again.

We contacted Ecology Resources Ltd because we were considering an extension and it was a requirement for our planning application. We didnt really know where to start but the company guided us re what we needed, worked to a timeframe to suit us and more importantly, guided us through their findings. Extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Jez and Ross from Ecology Resources came to do some arb work in my back garden. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, with great interpersonal skills and customer service. Great communications with the company’s ops, manager, Martino, who provided updates when the initial appointment had to be cancelled due to COVID. Very reasonable price too. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. 100% customer satisfaction.

Ecology Resources have donated to our charity, The Ruskin Mill Trust, twice in the past through their Corporate Social Responsibility scheme. This has been hugely helpful for our Outdoor Learning Centre for young people with SEND, and just goes to show that ER are a philanthropic organisation, that cares about the interests of their employees and the community.
