All I can say is wow and a massive thank you to Vicky who went above and beyond. I ordered a present for my sister and I asked if a message could be included, not only did Vicky include a message, a card but also wrapped the parcel in Christmas paper and sent a picture of the packaging. Now that is what I call amazing customer service. I ordered the cashmere neck warmer and my sister loves it, excellent quality, lightweight and looks fabulous. Thank you once again, you really did blow me away

Receipt of email thanking for order and explaining it might be a little late due to being away from home. However parcel arrived the following day with a little gift inside which was very nice. Very happy with product top and tail, last a very long time, brings out a lovely shine and no tangles.

Got a trial size of sunscreen as previous products I've tried from elsewhere before I found this wonderful business weren't acceptable to the ponies, this time they wanted the tin😂 I'd say that was successful in my book! Keep up the fantastic service and awesome products ❤️
