Resolved plumbing issues well. Good communication and punctual

I had EcoGreen install an EV charger for me. They were able to arrange a site survey / visit to quote at very short notice and were able to explain various options to me along with pros and cons etc. They sent a written quote through on the next working day.

The install was arranged for a few days after the quote, they were flexible on timings as I had some prior commitments on the install day, and the guys arrived exactly when they said they would. I don't have a standard install due to the layout of my house but they managed to get everything exactly how I wanted it and did a nice neat job.

Communication was clear and efficient throughout.

I struggled to find a local EV charger specialist but I'm glad I found EcoGreen and would recommend them for anyone else in Herts who is looking for someone to install a charger.

The work and maintenance is remarkable.
Having shopped around for a few weeks, find a local installer was a blessing. Reasonable, Diligent and Professional. The aftercare was superb.
The came in recommend by a friend and it's the best recommendation I got.

Kieron was on time, polite and efficient. Got the EV charger in with minimal fuss and mess! Don't have the EV yet but my partner plugged hers in when visiting and all seemed to be working as it should be. he took the time to explain the app etc and I'm confident even I should be able to use the equipment easily. All logistics went as planned and agreed, paid online after with no difficulties. Would recommend EcoGreen Electrical & EV!

EcoGreen are very professional and always try to fit in jobs even if at relatively short notice. They have completed numerous electrical works in our Grade 2 listed property, including replacing and updating our fuse box, repairing outdoor cables accidentally cut by the gardeners, fitting outdoor floodlights, and fitting external electrical sockets. All the works were carried out efficiently and at reasonable cost.

Very professional in every step of the process. Installation was done exactly as agreed in advance. Strongly recommend this company.

Good experience with EcoGreen. They gave me some good advice about which EV charger to choose, we arranged an installtion date a week or so later, and then Kieron did a great job installing it. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Did the job, neat and efficient. There was a misunderstanding about the surge protector, so they came out again and did not charge me for this call out.

The guys were great and very helpful, they left no mess and and put dust sheets down where they were working inside. They helped to install the App and had me up and running in no time.
I would have no issues recommending them.
