Excellent service
Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to order online and good communication when to expect order. It was lashing rain when order was delivered but despite this the driver was friendly and courteous as he wheeled my order through the downpour safely into my garage. I’d definitely use this service again

1st up the price, I'm not gonna say Ecofuels is cheap, it doesn't come across cheap in the checkout But... Factoring in the cost of a a good delivery of coal or a fill of oil, that isn't cheap but a warm stove, the company of the flame dancing believe it or not the pleasant smell of the Pinikay logs in the sitting room..... Delivery cost do seam to have gone up, but I doubt Ecofuels want to have to pass that onto customers but I imagine there's a limit to what they can absorb.
Quality of products are Excellent! The Pinikay this year are even better than last year's somehow (excellent in Oisin size stove and easy storage), Ecologs are great also, very good in large stoves as they expand and fill the space.
Customer service; I've done about 8-9 pallet delivery's, occasionally I've had to link in with customer support and they have always worked with me weather it's telephone, email or Instagram.
I've gifted their products to family, friends and even neighbours coming upto Christmas. A somewhat odd gift but they have all been thrilled to receive a gift coming into the colder nights esp over Christmas and new years.
I've always had a positive experince with Ecofuels, from the website to customer support to the use of the products, even engaging with delivery driver. I've been with Ecofuels for a few years and will be using them for many more years to come.

Great product - felt a little bit mislead when ordering as there was no way to check on delivery charge in advance (or if there was I couldn’t find it !) and I felt a 30 euro charge for a 230 euro delivery was quite steep - I probably would have ordered more if I had known

Great product, great service
I used to always use firewood in our stove, but have started to use ecobriquettes, The heat radiating from these briquettes is brilliant and I find I use less of them as they last longer. Together with this and the fact that they produce very little ash is a game changer for me. The delivery was made promptly, and the lads on the truck could not have been more pleasant or helpful, they even offered and did put the logs in my shed for me. Could not recommend highly enough.

Logs too dry and cut too thin
The service was good. The 400kg of logs were cut too finely and overdried. The effect of this is for a landful logs to burn out in 5mins. Suggest double the depth logs and less dry.

Thank you for your first order and for sharing your honest feedback. Our logs are kiln-dried to a moisture content of below 18%, which makes them very dry by design. This ensures a clean, efficient burn with less smoke and higher heat output, even though it can feel fast compared to wetter logs.
Adding moisture back would actually reduce efficiency and increase smoke, which is the opposite of what we aim for.
We cut our logs to 25 cm as that’s the standard size for most Irish stoves. That said, we understand preferences vary, and on your next order, we’d be glad to handpick some larger-diameter pieces for you.
We hope to have the chance to provide you with a better experience next time around.
