Lost my lid - couldn’t find a replacement and didn’t want to have to buy a whole new cup and lid. Emailed ecoffee customer service who gladly sourced and sent me a new lid all for free! Amazing customer service and good to see them remaining in brand in reducing waste. Cup has lasted nearly ten years now and has been in an out of the dishwasher, trains, planes, buses and bags!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I lost the lid to my cup, so reached out. They were really quick to get back to me and help me out. Because my cup was a custom one from elsewhere, they weren’t able to replace the lid with the exact same colour, but they checked out the warehouse and found lid sleeve combos that might suit and sent those so that I could still have a matching lid and sleeve! Super polite and helpful customer service. A credit to their company.

I received an ecoffee cup as a gift and absolutely love it, environmentally friendly, solid, and due to the material, doesn't spoil the coffee the same way something plastic would.
The lid holds a flap that snaps into the drinking hole to prevent spillage between sips, and whilst cleaning the cup and not thinking to remove the flap first, i noticed a slight tear. Over time this tear grew until it eventually snapped off. I was sad to throw away my ecoffee cup, and out of desperation asked the customer support if they had a replacement flap. They did, and shipped it out to me, but sadly due to the mail strikes it got lost. Support told me they no longer have stock of the flap so sent me out an entire matching lid, flap and grip as a replacement. It's like having a brand new cup.
I'm thankful to ecoffee cup support, and especially Claire. If the time comes that I need to fully replace my ecoffee cup I'll definitely plan to buy from ecoffee cup again.

I recently lost the silicon lid of my eCoffee Cup, bought from the Finnish retail store Ruohonjuuri maybe a year ago. I contacted Ruohonjuuri for replacement lids, and they forwarded me to eCoffee Cup.
My experience with eCoffee Cup customer service, especially Claire, was superb: friendly, timely, and exceeded my expectations. I'm now back as their happy camper, with my eCoffee Cup with a brand new lid!

Ecoffee Cup just makes the best keep cups on the market: forget screw lids or lids with fiddly, difficult-to-clean parts. The silicon lids are so simple and hygienic. I ordered the Van Gogh's Irises cup and one from the William Morris collection. They are very beautiful and they arrived promptly and without excessive packaging, and plastic-free.

I have had my ecoffee cup for a few years now and love it. Sadly I recently lost my lid and was struggling to find a replacement. I contacted the customer services team in a last ditch effort for a solution. Claire and the warehouse team, unexpectedly went out of their way to find me a replacement lid and helped arranged the shipping to my hope. I had all but resigned myself to buying a replacement cup even though the cup itself was in great condition. I am so pleased to be able to continue using this as my main cup when out & about.

I lost the stopper to my lovely ecoffee cup and wrote to the company asking if it was possible to get a replacement. Within six days (during the postal strikes) it arrived through my letterbox. What fantastic service. Prompt, polite, helpful and efficient.

I broke my cup, I emailed to see if I could buy the cup without top or sleeve. Claire was so helpful and sent me a replacement foc!

I bought my ecoffee cup several years ago and I love it! It's just the right size and travels so well. Easy to get filled on the go. Definitely the best reusable cup I've ever had. I purchased several more to give as gifts this year and they came quicker than I expected. Great service! I'm very happy to have found this company.
I have owned one of these for over a year now, and I have to say I absolutely love it! The designs are great and the quality is fantastic. Great option if you are looking at taking your coffee-to-go in a more sustainable way. Totally recommend it!
I broke my ecoffee cup by standing on it.. but still had the silicone lid and holder... they so kindly sent me a new cup in the post! So I didn't waste the lid and holder, so kind! and quick. I am going to be more careful with this one! It's a great cup and saves wasting paper and plastic with disposable ones.

We have enjoyed using our Ecoffee cups for several years but unfortunately we dropped one recently on our kitchen tiles and it broke. I contacted Ecoffee's Customer Services team to find out whether they could supply just a replacement cup for us to use with the existing silicone parts from the broken cup. Claire from Customer Services was so helpful and arranged a suitable replacement with colours to match the silicone as the original cup design is no longer available. The replacement cup arrived within a couple of days and it's ideal. We miss our old cup that broke, but the new one has such a lovely design that I'm sure we will soon be just as attached to it as we were to the old one! We have been very impressed by our Customer Service experience. It's also great that Ecoffee has a freepost address that you can send any broken cups back to for recycling. Thank you Ecoffee!
