Selling cat litter as fuel ( wood pellets
I use the wood pellets I purchased from ecoblaze a week or two ago when they arrived they were packaged as CAT LITTER. I spoke to A customer services representative regarding this and I was assured that they’ll be absolutely fine to burn in the heaters. ( pellet torches
The pellets did not burn well at all They caused significant damage to the glass tubes and also a sticky residue accumulated in the ashtrays of the burners
Only offered a refund for the pellets. The two burners cost £250 each

Easy to find what I needed
It was relatively easy to use the website. I was able to look at several different options to find the one that was best for my needs.
Delivery was on time and I was kept informed of dispatch and was able to track delivery.
I haven't used the logs yet. It has turned hot at the moment.

Delivery was never attempted despite DOD putting in their site that delivery could not be carried out and product being returned to sender. I was in all day! What do I do now, what is my next step to getting the order I have paid for?

The box itself had been torn although I don’t think any firefighters had been lost. The gate to our garden had not been shut properly and luckily the dog had not escaped. Will order next time through Amazon as evri are not very good. I did not realise you used them when ordering.
