First kiosk was out of order
First kiosk was out of order - printed invalid labels and I wasted several minutes. The problem has persisted at least a month.
Second kiosk (about a 20 minute drive away) was functional but would only accept two of my old phones, after which I was told "we only will accept a limited number of phones on our $1 promo offer." I understood I was not going to get significant money, but now I will need to make additional trips to recycle these phones. If I had any other options, I would choose them.

ecoATM is good for the environment.
I just love that ecoATM is helping the planet by recycling phones. I like being able to get rid of old phones without worry that they'll end up in a landfill, or have the battery possibly explode or leak everywhere. Honestly I don't care about how much money I get for my old phones as long as they're not adding to the pollution problem.

Great Service
The first ecoATM I went to in Rio Rancho had issues with printing labels and was unable to buy my phone. You need to service that machine at 901 Unser! Fortunately, the machine at the Cottonwood Walmart worked flawlessly, and I got top dollar for my iPhone. I am very happy you offer this service and plan to sell a couple more phones and a tablet in the future.
