I received a defective product (missing a lace hook), which I reported immediately on the day of delivery. Despite this, my request for a replacement was rejected and the case was treated as a standard return, which I find unacceptable in the case of a faulty product.

I had to return the item and now have to wait for the refund, while the price of the product has already increased significantly. This puts me in a worse position than when I originally made the purchase.

Previously, I also had another pair of boots that broke after a short period of use, which was equally disappointing.

Overall, I am not satisfied with either the product quality or the way this issue was handled. At this point, I would not choose to shop here again.

I ordered 11 pairs of shoes, to be able to make a choice on the spot. I wired the payment for all, which was a pretty hefty amount.
Then the company sent only 10 pairs, but didn't send any communication where the last pair is, nor did they refund me for it. I reached out to ask for either the shoe or the money, but they didn't send either.
In the end I had to send back all 10 pairs. It happened 14 days ago, and I didn't hear a beep from them - even though according to their policy the maximum refund timeframe is 14 days, but should happen sooner.
I reached out to them regarding this, but they didn't even answer. As it stands now, they owe me over HUF 250.000, which is half a month's pay, so I really need it by now.
I'm really disappointed, and contemplating to turn to the banks/authorities to get my money back.

There's no quality assurance, so you risk receiving damaged items. I've ordered twice, and both times the items arrived in poor condition. It’s a frustrating waste of time and energy. Additionally, returning items is a hassle. The delivery driver often doesn't show up as scheduled, leaving you waiting for hours, only for him to maybe come the next day. This issue could be resolved with a shipping label, but given the company's neglectful and lazy approach, it's unlikely they'll address it.

My adidas ozweego shoes arrived with minor gluing errors around the top of both shoes-there are gaps in between the sole and fake leather on the left pair and there’s glue showing all around the top parts of both shoes. On the right shoe there’s a bigger glue spillage with a small tear. Definitely a “B” category product absolutely not as described. That’s why I think frankly that Ecipo.hu only deserves one star.

Order was smooth and fast, the product is fantastic.
