I pop in a couple times a month to get my juice and coils.
The staff are always really helpful and have the time of day to chat with you and for a new vaper helped me pick out the right kit for me.
I wouldn't use any other place for my vape stuff they are amazing!! Best customer service :)

Just been in to the Peterborough store. My first impressions were that this is a proper vape shop! The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially the big fella that served me, (can’t remember his name 😔) but really made me feel comfortable and helped me decide on my new mod (iJoy Shogun Kit). I would highly recommend this shop to any vaper of any experience level. Top job EcigZoo Peterborough!

Hello, I know that I'm tough customer due to my hidden disabilities, but was served properly, and foremost with understanding. The staff went extra mile to sort me out, so if you visit ecigzoo (Peterborough) you know what you're in good hands. Definitely recommend (which I did).

I use my local shop in Wisbech Cambs and their online ordering. The guys in my local shop are amazing, always very informative and helpful. I have tried to give up smoking many, many times but with their expert help and guidance I am now a non smoker and have been for 9 months, well nearly 10 months! This is the longest time I have ever been without a cigarette and don't want one any more!! I am a non smoker now and it is thanks to them!!! Thanks fellas!!!

Fab service. I was desperate but sceptical about pain relief properties. I was advised it would be immediate and it pretty much was. The pain hasn't stopped completely but it's no longer acute making it manageable. Thank you so much. First rate service.

Somewhat disappointed that your website advertises 4 for the price of 3 and when ordering 3 bottles of the same product a forth was not included foc. Other than that the service and delivery were up to the usual high standard.

I have been using Ecigzoo for a few years now and always had excellent service. The order i placed on Friday afternoon was delivered on the monday . The eliquids have a good flavour we use mostly menthol andd have found the flavour to be a constant where i have had liquids from other places which change taste per batch. Buying in bulk saves a few quid as well.
