I did not receive my order the next day. But I did order it on the right time before 23:30.

I ordered 3 products but only received 1. I have already sent 3 emails, but no one has helped me yet. I have paid, but 2 of the 3 products have not been delivered, which I find very disappointing. Order 33899

Still havent received my order. Paid by bank transfer but also by credit card wich should be quicker. But now a week later it still hasn't been send.

Finaly received a pakkage. But not the flavour i ordered. And not the flavour i like. They never really reply so i quess i lost my money (again) and trow the shitty flavours in the trash

Used this shop for 10-11 months. Next-day delivery is advertised but almost never happens.
End of January 2026 orders:
• First order: Only 2 out of 5 arrived. One correct, one wrong flavor (Watermelon Strawberry – not ordered).
• 4 items missing.
• Emails mostly ignored.
Replacement order: Finally arrived… but wrong flavor again (Watermelon Strawberry instead of Blueberry Raspberry Ice).
Still missing several items after weeks of chasing. Support is slow or non-existent.
Spent around €46.50 and have almost nothing usable. Unreliable, sends wrong products, doesn’t fix mistakes.
1 star. Do not recommend.

Ordered on the 28th of July and on the 3th of August still not received a track and trace code. Emailed them but they don’t want to answer. Don’t order here guys, the time’s have changed!!

I have been ordering off this site for almost a year now. Af first they kept their promise “order before 23:30 next day delivery” but unfortunately the past two times it has been drama. I had to wait for 4 days before I received my order after sending multiple e-mails and this time it has been almost 2 days again and still nothing. I hope this time it will be quicker.

SCAM, they say some flavors arent in stock but are lying, never received my order, customer service doesnt respond

They do not keep their promises. Don't respond to mail. Money gone.

After I received less than I ordered the first time, they wanted to claim this (€5 bottle) from DHL with a form that I would have to sign while I had received an undamaged box that simply contained too little. So I refused this. The next order they sent me was insufficient again. So I will order elsewhere from now on.

Good and fast delivery and quick response from client services

Submitted order 3081 on Thursday 21st march , order never received.

Sent multiple emails, never received an answer.

Customer service is just an email , to which they dont reply. Today is march 26th and I didnt receive the order, didnt receive an email and didnt receive a refund. SCAM

Deliver on time and inform customers.
No response, no message it will be closed during dutch “carnaval”.
Just remove the next day delivery advertisement.
