Need better shipping!
You charge almost $10 for shipping and it usually takes almost a week for me to get my order but this time I STILL haven't received it and its 5 days past the promised delivery date. My package didn't move for like 4 days and now has been all over the country apparently except for where its SUPPOSED to be, which is at my door!! This is really making me think hard about not ordering from you again and switching to a different company. As much as you charge for delivery I should get 2 day shipping, not 2 week long shipping!!
