Dealt with one salesperson through text…

Dealt with one salesperson through text and phone call. Had the vehicle on reserve. He stopped responding so 2 days later another salesperson calls and tells me they sold it right after I reserved it. Lots of others to choose from though……bunch of shady crooks. Lucky they sold it to someone else because behavior like that doesn’t earn my money. Went local.

I bought an Acura MDX not even 2 weeks…

I bought an Acura MDX not even 2 weeks ago and my car started to having problem with the transmission. I put the car to a dealer ship and was told my car is not Acura pre-own certified? Per inspection report car was having problem with transmission hard shifting on acceleration. Additionally, fluid transmission was dirty and debris, not to mention coolant was low and dirty. I was told by my Acura service advisor that the transmission issue will not be fixed under warranty unless I have the fluid transmission serviced which cost around $400 out of my pocket. I later tried to send a message to the lady who sold me the car and she never replied to me. Upon my purchased of the vehicle, I was told the car had multipoint inspection done, and the car was pre-own certified. It was my first time purchasing the car at Echopark, and it will be my last.

EchoPark Centennial does not report damage in cars

EchoPark Centennial sold us a car with major engine damage. They deny all responsibility. Do not buy from them! I am a nurse and needed a newer vehicle, so we invested in a newer one with only 11000 miles, now we have at $22,000 loan and a vehicle that cannot be used until we get a new engine. Shame on them!

Complete scam

Complete scam. Completed everything online, submitted pictures of trade along with VIN, was told financing was already secured just needed to pay the 500.00 deposit to have vehicle shipped. Deposit was paid however when the vehicle arrived they offered me 4,000 less for my trade, unless I have the 2,000 down which was not previously negotiated and in which case if I did they would give me the original amount for my trade. Once I said no to that offer, they offered me a payment 300.00 more a month than was originally quoted. Once I turned down that offer they refused to return the 500.0p deposit. Proceed with caution!!!

Sold me a lemon !

I really would love to give them negative stars! They will sell you A dream ! I bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze with almost 27k miles on it . I drove the car for 4 weeks and it broke down on my while I was on the way to work . It has been sitting in the shop with no repairs made for over a month now . The mechanics at the Chevy dealer that diagnosed the car said that damages had to be done before I purchased it. I told Echopark about the issue and they are refusing to do anything about it . They claim that since the car went through an inspection then it’s hard to believe there is now damage to the car . I’ve called and complained for a month now and no one is resolving my issue.I was sold a lemon! I also purchased the premium package warranty . Even warranty says they can’t cover the damages. Then why am I paying for warranty if they can’t fix my car damages?? It clearly states that the contract holder is covered when they leave the lot . But according to warranty I’m not covered ? It’s ridiculous save your money and go somewhere else

Do not buy your car from this company!

Do not buy your car from this company!!! I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima with only 39,000 miles on it, only to find out 3 weeks after purchasing the rotors were completely rusted and a major issue with the drive belt. Even though I was within their 30day after purchase warranty, they refused to pay the repairs and said this was "normal" for cars with only 39,000 miles. I was told by two mechanics and a certified Nissan dealership that them car was dangerous to drive. I have tried working with the through the BBB with no resolve and the company continues to refuse to pay the repairs, so now I have to obtain legal counsel.

NO NONSENSE with EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Worked with Blair @ the Louisville store. He responded to my Cargurus add. Said they will buy my car at the listed price & it will take less than 90mins if all checks out. It checked out & they offered $500 more than the listed price. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Stay away if you need to register out-of-state

Prepare yourself for a long review. My salesperson, Stacey, was wonderful. She is the only reason I'm giving two stars. My husband and I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge Sport on September 25th. The purchase process was easy. It was one of the better experiences I've had. It's what happened later that disappointed me and well, pissed me off. Stacey told us that they would take care of sending the title paperwork to the Wisconsin DMV for us since Wisconsin is our home of record (we're military). We wouldn't have to do a thing. Well, that's not what happened. At all.

Chris Howell, who I believe is the Business Office Manager at the Thornton location, is nice, but a condescending jerk. I spoke to him on November 1st after finding out that the Wisconsin DMV didn't have our title paperwork. Chris let me know that Colorado DMV still hadn't given them the title. So of course, I'm a little upset that I was sold a vehicle that they didn't even have a title to. I let him know the tags were going to expire while we were in Wisconsin visiting family. He let me know I can get a new temp tag, but I'd lose 20 days or so if I did that right now, so I should wait until it gets closer to expiring. I reminded him again we were leaving for a couple of weeks and the tag expires a few days before we would get back. And I'm a little more heated because of his condescending tone, so I asked him if he was telling me to drive with expired tags across state lines since we leave on the 15th. He said, "No, that's not what I'm telling you." That tone.... ugh! I told him it sounds like I'm screwed either way. He said, "No one's screwed. We can overnight you a temp tag while you're in Wisconsin. Or you can pick one up before you leave on the 15th."

I asked him when he expected to be able to send the title paperwork to the Wisconsin DMV. Then he proceeds to tell me that they will NOT be sending the title paperwork to the Wisconsin DMV for us because Wisconsin requires a VIN Verification. Side note: The lady I spoke to at the Wisconsin DMV thinks Chris isn't very good at his job because that's not true at all. Back to Chris. He let me know he would send it to our Wisconsin address instead, and we would have to take the paperwork to the Wisconsin DMV ourselves. I let him know that we are unable to do that because we are stationed at Fort Carson. We can't just take time off to go do paperwork because we were lied to. And here comes my favorite tone, again. "You don't need to go in to do it. You can fill everything out online and send in the paperwork that way." I ended up saying "We'll figure it out. Bye," because I didn't want to listen to his voice anymore. So I had my husband call and give the address we needed the paperwork sent to in Colorado so we could take care of getting our vehicle titled in Wisconsin.

Fast forward to November 23rd. After finding out that Chris was wrong about the temp tag (a Sales Manager at EchoPark told us we could only get one 5 days before it expired, or anytime after it expired. Thanks for the wrong information, Chris. It's a good thing we didn't listen to you) we call EchoPark again to check in and see if they have sent the paperwork yet. And to make sure they sent it to our Colorado address. A representative let us know that someone would call us back. Our good ol' friend Chris called my husband back. My husband gave Chris the Colorado address, again, to ensure it's sent to where we are stationed. To cause less hassle and frustration later.

Well, after giving the address to multiple people at the Colorado Springs location, to multiple people over the phone in the call center, and multiple times to Chris, IT WAS STILL SENT TO THE WISCONSIN ADDRESS!!! Now I have to have family overnight it to me because NO ONE at EchoPark listened to us, especially Chris. We will NEVER recommend anyone go to EchoPark, especially the Military.

I absolutely love this dealership

I absolutely love this dealership! It’s nothing like other places I’ve purchased vehicles from in the past. I worked with JB who is friendly and knowledgeable and worked really hard to find the right vehicle for me in my price range and with the features I wanted. We went back-and-forth for about two weeks calling and texting and JB (John) sending me links to various vehicles in the inventory that he thought would fit my very picky ever changing criteria…lol.. He never gave up though and when I finally went to the dealership the whole process took less than two hours! Thank you JB and EchoPark for a great experience!

I can't give a negative star but this…

I can't give a negative star but this place is the absolute worst place to purchase used vehicles. We purchased a Electric car from them Aug. 2021 and still haven't received a CLEAR title from them. The lies just keep coming. It was sure we did it, then it was there's a lien on the the Title and they need to pay the lien off before they issue the title to Reno so we can get our title. We are now past the 90 day mark. By Law the dealerships MUST give you your title by the 30th day. We have now filed complaints all over the place. I do hope this place gets fined for fraud, and unfair deceptive trade. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ECHOPARK They Suck!!!!

This place is the worst experience I’ve…

This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They pretend to be nice and upfront, but my I had a few problems with the vehicle I purchased and they said they would fix the problems and didn’t. I took the car to be checked by different mechanics and they all said the same thing. I took pics to let them see what the warning messages were and they still telling me nothing is wrong. I’m so upset because they acting as if the car is fine but the warning messages and other mechanics all are saying the same thing. I took pics to show them and all they can say is we checked the car. They haven’t been honest, refuse to do the work needed and responding so nonchalant that it’s sickening. I haven’t had the car a month yet and they’re continuing to ignore the issues with the car. I’m baffled by the lack of concern. I don’t have 45,000 to spend on a car that they claimed they was going to fix the problem and never did and saying but nothing is wrong. I don’t trust them anymore at this point and I want my money back for this car that I was told was completely checked out with no problems and also was told if it was a problem found they would fix it and I’ve shown them the warning messages and they act as if the car is lying and refuse to fix it. I’m drained with running back and forth. I’ve lost time off work, had to pull over in places/areas that I wasn’t comfortable in because the messages states pull over immediately or the car could possibly be damaged. I’ve lost money, gas money and mileage driving it an hour to them, stress and now since I’ve bought this car my lupus has flared up more times than I can count because they refuse to fix the car and keep telling me nothing is wrong but the other mechanics and the messages in the car says different. Worse experience and purchase ever!

*Buyer Beware* I couldn’t give them a low enough rating! They will wine and dine you for get you to buy a vehicle from them but turn their back and treat you horribly once you drive off the lot. I will forever regret buying our lemon from them, worst experience in my 30 years buying vehicles. You will not get any support once you drive away, the ignore you and insult you for daring to try to talk to them about mechanical issues. They sold us a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe which was part of a recall and a class action lawsuit and NEVER told us and now say “not our problem” you signed the papers all while acknowledging they never told us about the engine failures on this car! Now we have a $600 car payment, $25,000 loan for a car a 1.5 months ago that has been in the repair shop 6 times and now has a complete blown motor. Echo Park 100% does NOT care about their customers after the sale! Buy from a real dealership of the vehicle make your interested in and have that relationship where if you have issues, they will work with you instead of treating you are a piece of garbage!
