I ordered a size 14 jumper which would not fit my 8 year old daughter I returned it several weeks ago and still waiting for refund do not deal with this rubbish company under any circumstances

Utterly disgusted!
My purchases eventually arrived but like everyone else here was appalled at the wualuty & fit! I ordered 12/14 as comments said true to size - they may fit a 12/14 year olds at a push but certainly not a woman’s size 12/14. PayPal were utterly useless & found in the scammers favour as they “weren’t different” from as described! Really?!!😡 So I’ve now lost £62 - totally disgraceful - avoid like the plague!

I ordered two jumpers 13th October and still not been delivered 20th Nov. Can’t get in touch as emails keep getting returned as not delivered. Credit company are trying to sort out. Avoid like the plague!

Like others, I ordered 2 sweaters. They took ages to arrive and were then nothing like the images or descriptions. One was enormous, the other was thin and a horrible colour. Obviously cheap copies. I used Paypal so am returning the goods, but although (they say) I'll get a refund, I have to pay for the postage back to China! Their email address is fake & messages bounce back. What a hassle. It's put me off buying clothes online for life. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Bought 2 jumpers, they arrived very poor quality looked like rags, bad fit. They will not let me return or give refund. Really bad customer service don't bother to shop on this site

I endorse the other poor reviews. I checked the company address before ordering to check it was in the UK but then items came from China. I ordered the fleecy sweatshirt and trousers in UK size 16/18 but they were barely size 10. When I complained I was offered a token $6 compensation (for a £45.98 purchase) and told that if I did not accept this I had to return them at my own expense and accept the risk that they may 'never arrive'.

I ordered two jumpers and they are of poor quality and a short fit. Nothing like the images. I emailed them asking how I return the items and yes it bounced back. I am not trying to contact them via paypal.

Do not use they are obviously a scam . This came up on my facebook page I am not sure how facebook can allow these companies to scam their users.

Websites include: ebuygo.co.uk, ebuyday.de - DO NOT BUY from this company! It is a scam. They state they are based in the UK but they are based in China. They were previously branded as ebuygo.co.uk, you will see this site has now closed after operating for 3 months with Facebook ads. They use designer images but produce appalling quality fake replicas. They have been reported to the Fraud Unit in the UK. Do Not buy from social media ads unless you know the company. Search Beimac Company Limited, this is their parent company name and they have operated scams under this name as well. Check the Contact page you will see the UK address is actually a graphic. This is illegal. Please, please take heed. Do your own internet search and you will find lots of negative reviews and feedback. Do an image search and you find these pictures are reused by multiple companies doing the same thing...
If you do buy anything pay with PayPal or credit card and file a dispute ASAP and report to Fraud Unit. That's the only way companies such as these will be restricted.

Please don't buy anything from this company. I bought two jumpers, when they arrived they did not resemble the picture on the web site, they were poor quality and shoddily made. I can't wear them and don't even think a charity shop would want them.

Jumper received was of terrible quality, nothing like the photo. I managed to contact them via email and I've been offered a refund of $9 which I've accepted. Apparently it will be in my account in 15 days. At one point my email was not deliverable as the email did not exist, so I resent it the next day and did get a response. Not seen any adverts for this company in the last week so perhaps they are preparing to disappear. Avoid at all costs.

Bought 3 jumpers from them arrived yesterday, firstly they were screwed up so tightly they are unwearable. Material is is very shabby, they could not be worn? Trying to return them cannot find out how to do this, I followed link on E mail and my E mail was returned to me.

I had the exact same experience as Julie Shorter. Absolutely dreadful. I was offered $5, then $6, then after that my emails were undeliverable. They should be shut down

I ordered 2 knitted jumpers both where very poor qualiity and both had a very offensive smell i was offered $5
Refund and was told would cost to much to return when checking it was going to be informed them and they increased my refund to $6 per garment, when i requested a bigger refund all e mails where blocked and no refund received my advice do not deal with this company

Bad quality not as shown on the website definitely not worth the money

I bought a hooded knitted jacket from the uk part of this Company. When it arrived it was of very inferior quality, the button/buttonhole borders gaped before even putting on, the pockets couldn't be put in place as they were too small so they remained on the outside of the garment and the hood didn't even come half way across my head. I straight away returned the garment and asked for a refund. I have been offered compensation of 3 dollars, then 8 dollars and the latest 9 dollars.
Despite many emails I cannot get my money back.
